Great install, professional service

Very easy to work with, showed up on time and worked very efficiently, to complete a big job right before a holiday! The owner checked in several times in person during the process, and came by when complete to look it over! I had a question MONTHS later, and he sent someone over right away to evaluate and correct!! I am planning on starting another project in the next two months.

I love doing business with stone! The sales staff is so courteous and help it made remolding my home a pleasure! They are so detailed oriented! Cant wait to help my son with his home now! Thanks stone for all your help. It was greatly appreciated!

I have used STONE on more than one occasion for multiple upgrades in my home, using high end marble and granite slabs. I have found everyone I have dealt with to be helpful and courteous and the installation crews to be excellent at their craft. It is a pleasure to work with people I know I can trust, and I have been so pleased that the end results are even more beautiful than I expected. Thanks!

I selected granite on a Saturday and provided a drawing that was within 1inch of actual size.Was told someone would contact me on Monday. When that didnt happen I called on Tuesday and was told that person was on vacation but someone else would contact me. A week later after that didnt happen I called back and was again told someone would contact me. It is now 3 weeks later and still no call from them.Apparently their commercial businesses is so big they cant be bothered by individual homeowners...just say so...dont leave people hanging.I rate this company 1 because 0 wasnt an option !

Dont waste your time. We are building a house and picked out several slabs of granite and remnants. All were clearly marked BY A STONE EMPLOYEE in indelible ink on a large waterproof label with the Stone designers name, our builders name and our name. Then we picked out floors, wall coverings/paint, etc. to match the granite from places all over BTR and New Orleans. This took weeks for my wife, designer, to wrap-up.We were SHOCKED when we went to Stone just before the final fabrication and install to find that Stone had taken our granite for another job! They said the slab broke but there were 4-5 slabs and they all broke over a 3 day period????We then had to start from scratch, picking out new slabs, new flooring, etc. It took 2-3 weeks to do the reselections. I felt so sorry for my wife.I hate their unethical dealing with customers and their lying topped it off.I needed another granite job done this week and I DID NOT GO TO STONE. I suggest you avoid them, as well.

Similar experience to Barry Duplessis. The customer service is terrible. It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard back from Stone-BR after I emailed the required information and went into the store and verbally delivered the information to an associated. In both cases I was informed that a quote would be sent to my email and I have yet to receive any information or feedback from Stone-BR.

We have used STONE for our whole house renovation and STONE supplied the tile for our Master bath and countertops throughout the house. Easy process and great staff.

The owner came to our house today to address our issues and told us that he will take the stone back and repair the chips. He will also replace the countertop portion with the unsightly seam. We are looking forward to move ahead with the rest of our kitchen renovation!

Worst ever, good luck with getting in touch with Jen. She never replies. Get your granite somewhere else.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT STICK TO THEIR WORD, DONT COMPLETE TASK ON TIME, AND THEY SCREEN CALLS TO AVOID TALKING TO CLIENTS
