Keepsake Flowers did amazing for us! They were able to get 3 flowers preserved for us, put in a glass case and had a tag engraved in less than 2 months on a rush order. Great communication, great timing, great pricing as well. Very pleased!

I have dealt with Sheila many times and so have my friends.Shes a very nice lady who does professional work.I wouldnt deal with anyone else for this kind of service .It might take time to get them back but its well worth the wait

She’s had our flowers for over a year and we still haven’t gotten them back and she doesn’t answer the phone.

My mother in law passed away mid October 2018. We ordered product the next week. We were told the bracelets and the ear rings would take about 6 weeks. We paid them for the items and gave them an order for a domed product. Its now March 4th 2019 and nothing. Thats over 4 months and they never call to give us updates, we have called them 3 times and we are told two more weeks, two more weeks. Do not do business with them.I finally got my product some 5 months later, and I am sure that my constant calling had something to do with getting me off their backs. My two sister in laws have still not received their orders and I have aunts who are still waiting. I feel badly for the owner, Sheila. She had turned that part of her business over to family members. I told her I would reconsider my evaluation, but I dont see how she has made any difference.

The owner DOES not return calls. This was my second time using this service for dried flowers ... I recommend using someone else. I gave them the benefit of doubt and tried a second time. Not again.
