I work at a pharmaceutical plant and our scales are crucial to making safe and effective drug product. I’ve been working with Michelli for about 20 years at this location and their knowledge and willingness to service our needs always with very quick responsiveness has been impressive. To take it a step further, recently the area that I live and work in was hit pretty hard by Hurricane Ida. Gas for vehicles and generators was not easy to find. The folks at Michelli called me very soon after the storm had passed and offered to bring me gasoline. I was fortunate and had other resources but I again realized that these folks not only do a great job in their day to day but they realized that me and others at my site may be in need and offered help with no strings attached. It means a lot to me to have a company that does a great job but also cares enough to reach out in my time of need.
