I would give zero stars if possible. The salesman was very distasteful and ignorant during our conversation. I explained my foreign exchange student was treated very poorly by the principal and counselor at Ponchatoula High School and wouldnt let her walk in her ceremony and even had her visa revoked sooner than planned so she couldnt be at graduation. I tried to pick up her ring today and he informed me of a balance for graduation supplies WHICH THE SCHOOL SAID WOULD BE REFUNDED since she didnt get to participate in commencement services. He proceeded to tell me it wasnt his problem thats the schools problem he just wanted more money. I informed him that he is just as greedy as the next person and that unfortunately no we wouldnt be paying for supplies that were going to be of no use since they sent her home early not to mention shouldnt have taken any funds from her to begin with if they were not letting her participate in the senior ceremony. Total waste of time with this gentleman today.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Graduation supplies were brought to Mandeville High School for one half day. There were so many supplies not picked up they were taken back to Baton Rouge. The fact that so many were not picked up leads me to believe my child and others who were not aware of the pick up. Graduate supply said they are not responsible for my child not doing what she should have done. But, parents are the customers we pay the bill. Our order was paid in full and now will not get our supplies until April 8th. Half a day distribution for students obviously did not serve their customers because I was told there are too many stacked boxes to retrieve individual orders. Would suggest to other parents in the future print your invitations locally.

This company is the most unorganized company I have had the misfortune to deal with in years. The days and times that they schedule with the schools are not kept; the communication is very poor. They do not follow thru on promises... It is a shame that we do not have a choice in deciding which organization our school chooses to work with for our senior classes; I seems as though Herff Jones is aware that they are in this situation, and they take full advantage of it. The prices are extremely high and the service, communication, customer service and customer satisfaction is extremely low.
