Customer service was good. Still waiting on my jacket that was to be ready on the 4th of August.

I have tried on four different occasions to give this business a chance. The first effort was when I ordered a Kappa shirt. I ordered a white shirt in a medium. I was told it would be a two day turnaround. When I went to pick up the shirt it was in red. It took another two days to get corrected and the white shirt was simply a Hobby Lobby t-shirt that he picked up. The second order I made was on the same day as the Kappa shirt. I paid up front for a Greek windbreaker and was told it would take 10-14 days. The process was three weeks. When I finally did receive it, the wrong greek letters were stitched on and he had to re-do it. He dropped it off at my job, So at this point i was OK considering he messed up two orders back to back but he did redeem himself. Well in August I placed a duffel bag order for my son. I ask that he stitch one bag so I could use it to show the rest of the band what it would look like. I ordered and paid for this bag on 8/31/2018. TODAY, 9/18/2018 I still do not have a bag. One week later on 9/1/2018, I placed an order for nine bags. TODAY 9/18/2018, I do not have the bags. On 9/14/2018, Maurice texted me a picture of a bag that was not the original one I ordered. I told him that was not the correct color and told him to simply order black because I needed these bags. On today, 9/18/2018, I called him to get the status of the bags. He told me was waiting on UPS and hoped it would come today. I told him that we needed the bags on Friday as we have been waiting on the bags. He told me he ordered a darker blue (this is after I said just order black) and hoped it would come in. But he wasnt the one who took my order and he had other things he needed to work on and was wasting time by talking to me. All he could promise was that he was working on it. I said to him that I needed a definite turnaround time as I had 65 extra bags to order and couldnt wait another four weeks for an order that he said would take a week. He became really rude and basically dismissed my concern and hung up in my face. I was at his store within 12 minutes for a full refund as I will NOT do business with someone who operates this way. The other order that was messed up were 13 Greek shirts. The letters were too small and some were the wrong color. I was told that I would receive a mock up and they would make the shirts correctly. Needless to say I have never received the mock up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. He will lie, ask for all money upfront, not answer your calls after he takes the money. If you pay in cash he doesnt issue a receipt. He loses your paperwork (which is why the first one duffel I ordered was never made). Classic ALL talk over-promising and under deliver.

Extremely poor embroidery. The threads were loose and you could literally pull them out. I do not recommend.
