Placed an order with them because shipping time was projected to be days faster on the main item I needed than directly from the OEM, so I decided to add a few items. Received an email that my order had shipped to receive only an item that was reliant on the first item with no other mention or information on the rest. Called them immediately to find out that they are just a go between for the OEM. So, I paid extra to get the item from the OEM when I could have just ordered straight from the OEM.

The folks at Broken Tractor were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They managed to find the parts I needed for my old Deere 310D when they are no longer available from the manufacturer. Parts shipped within a couple days all the way up to Northern Canada. There was a small mishap with the billing for shipping and I was reimbursed for the error immediately with no question. I will definitely keep this company in the contacts for next time.

Will not attempt to deal with again. Called about CASE 580 SUPER K parts that were priced on their website and tried to order them and the salesman didnt know if they had them even though they were priced and listed. Was supposed to call me back . I called the man three different days with NO answer from him on the parts I needed. I ordered from a different company and had the parts in a week . Its been almost a month and the Broken Tractor salesman never has called me about the parts. GUESS THATS WHY ITS CALLED BROKEN TRACTOR !! CAUSE YOU CANT GET PARTS TO FIX IT.

Refused to accept a return because the box had been opened. Even though I had to open the box to find that it was missing critical components that were not detailed in the product description. I’ll pay full price from the dealer for now on for better customer service and at least I know I’m getting the right parts.

Just an intermediary/warehouser that cannot back up product reliability. Nice people to deal with when ordering parts, but not for returns. We ordered a $750 part and it arrived timely; however, the diesel mechanic was unable to fix the tractor because he felt the part was defective. We returned the part only to have the refund rejected because the manufacturer claimed the mechanic had damaged the part. Nobody asked to talk to the mechanic about the problems he encountered with the part. Our diesel mechanic has done a lot of purchasing from Broken Tractor, and is very upset with this situation. It was an expensive lesson for us...in total we lost over $1,000 (part, shipping, service) for a repair that could not be made.

This is the BEST source on the Internet to buy parts. Call these guys and they can answer ANY question you ask. Shipping was fast and cheap.
