We are a commercial property.We called Brandon out and from go it was a good experience.Clear and straightforward on what, how, why, and was quick to get back with me about change orders.Fence install took days and they worked on a saturday to try to get it completed with no additional fees.He upgraded our previous gates.He installed new fence, gates, and wire.Could not ask for a better overall experience.

The fence is very nice and it looks great.... however I was never given a written estimate for my share with the neighbor. There was quite a bit of unpleasantry and miss-communication when the job was completed.

Central Fence has done excellent work on two projects. They installed a wrought iron fence at my home and replaced the metal fencing around our pool subdivision. The work was impeccable. We happened to be in the area and stopped by their office on Tom Drive. We liked what we saw in their shop and scheduled a meeting on a Friday, just a day or two later. The person didnt show so my husband called and we rescheduled for the following Monday. Again, a no-show. No call. Nothing. Business must be good if you can ignore your customers.

We are very happy with our 5 chain link fence and 20 roll gate. Appreciate the walk through with the lead worker to make sure we were on the same page and fence was built per requests. Was given good advice on the job. 600+ feet.

Had an iron gate put up. It is beautiful and perfect. Crew was very good at the job and cleaned up afterwards. Pricing was great.

Rude. Rude. And rude.Called and asked him to come out for an estimate for and ALUMINUM fence, wastes my time by coming out and giving me a quote for a different material and then says he doesnt offer aluminum.Guy shows up 30 mins early, doesnt call ahead to let me know, (luckily I was home from work that day) and gives me attitude when I ask him to let me finish getting dressed because i wasnt prepared.After all is said and done, we ask him to just repair part of an existing broken fence and install a smaller portion of fence than we originally requested a quote on, he had an attitude about that and declined.Find someone with a better and more professional attitude.

Would not recommend this company at all. We had a fence put up by them and it is by far the worst job ever seen. We had to call them back to correct issues and Brandon blamed us for them. They used green and untreated wood. The posts have twisted in the ground causing them to pull away from the top rail. We have had to rehang both sets of gates due to sagging. He spoke to my husband and I as if we were less than competent. Hard lesson to learn but will not make the same mistake again.I had to give one star but that was not even worth it.

I love the company, especially the guys (Brandon, the owner, is definitely very educated in the field of business ). I hire then to fix my gate and they just come and unwire all and charch me $315 for that they do and never call me back or nothing this is the more bad company i know in town complytly trash

I had a very bad experience working with these guys. The owner tried to increase the price on me half way through the install. Threatened to leave the job incomplete if I didnt pay more than the original, signed quote. The quality of the install was OK, which is why Im giving more than 1 star. Not sure how they can stay in business with this type of customer service. I will look elsewhere for a fence contractor in the BR market for any future work.

I hired central fence to install a large residential metal fence. Within 6 months several hinges & latches were broken with normal use. I have contacted them 3 times and they say that they will send someone to repair, but no one shows up.Im extremely disappointed that I spent $24,000 on this low quality fencing.
