The ladies up here are wonderful, it’s a pleasure to do business with them. My latest purchase with them turned up bullion suggestions that were personalized and most welcomed!! Very happy with my experiences here, all the better I get to support local business. I’d love to keep the info about their absolute rock bottom premiums on the hush (more for me) however, that would be gatekeeping and is a disservice to the community at large!Buy with confidence here, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent place to pick up gold and silver as well as rare coins. Typically have a good stock and the employees are top notch when it comes to customer service. They’re extremely knowledgeable so If you are looking to buy gold or silver bullion or rare coins in the Baton Rouge area this is definitely the place to go!

I have been an avid coin collector for years. I travel for work and I hunt coins in every town and city I pass through. I dont look the part. Im a 30 something construction worker. The hours that coin dealers are open are the same hours I work so I come in filthy in my old work clothes. I say this so that you will understand that I have serious experience in dealing with coin shops and that if anyone could have been treated poorly based looks it would have been me.As I have stated I have been in shops all around the country. So let me be plain.This is a First Class coin dealer. The ladies in this shop are absolute pros at what they do. They are honest beyond that which i have experienced in my all my travels and they did not judge based on ones looks.Here is why I say this. I recently walked in to there store after a day of climbing around in a chimney. I was disgustingly dirty. I asked to look at some of their coins and they pleasantly brought out whatever I asked to see. They sat with me for 2 hours while I picked through there coins one by one.(proving they do not judged based on outward appearance). I ended up leaving with some really nice stuff that I bought at an exceptional deal because of their professionalism and honesty.You see these coins had been cleaned at some point during their life. The cleaning was ever so slight and likely done by a professional because it was not noticeable to the naked eye. Only an expert would have caught this cleaning. Not only did the ladies in the shop catch it(proving their professionalism) they did not attempt to sell them to me as if they were not(proving their honesty).These ladies are the real deal. They have my business for a lifetime.

These people are amazing--the most honest dealers Ive ever seen! I sold some coins to them and they called me up to let me know that the coins were worth more than they had initially realized--they had a check waiting for me. I was astounded because my father, who was a banker and a coin collector, taught me to be very, very cautious about coin dealers. These folks could easily have just kept the additional money but they did not. What a great place!

These folks are very professional and proficient in their field. They are 1 of 3 dealers that I peruse.The last time I went, I was looking for world banknotes, they didnt have any, but I was determined to get something, so I bought their entire stock (counter) of U.S. banknotes.The CSR was very professional in counting the notes and giving me the right price to pay. I was happy with my purchase and will be back.Thank you very much for jumpstarting me back on U.S. banknotes.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The lady at this shop inadvertently accused me of being a thief. I came in with some old gold bracelets and rings from my deceased aunts house and the rude lady implied that I didnt own them. Then she proceeded to offer me 10 percent of the value of my old coins, while the same coins were for sale( for $50 a piece) in lesser condition right next to us. Rude and Shady. Go anywhere else.

Went in to pick up a coin holder ($1.50) but had over $2,000 in cash and was prepared to drop most if not all of it on some gold coins. But when I got to the counter and began looking at the coins, the rude lady began clicking her pen rapidly, as if to imply hurry up and checkout. I paid for coin holder and left, having not looked over the coins for more than 20 seconds. These people are a disgrace and whoever owns that shop deserves whatever bad fate falls upon his business.

I wish I could give this place zero Stars there customer service sucks and I didnt even make it threw the door! Beware black people! I called to let her know I was coming at 4:30 & when I arrived at 4:50 before I could walk in a woman tells me there closed. I tell her I just called and she proceeds to roll her eyes and her neck and then tells me I can come in. I was so disgusted by her attitude I told her no thanks and took my business elsewhere!

Very rude, these people just assume that you are a nobody before you even enter the store. They take no time to really deal with you. I took my coin collection there and before the lady even looked at them she had already made a statement that they were not worth anything. ?? Then the same 1909 penny that I have is selling on their site for over $900??? Very bad customer service.

I have been to this shop a few times and have never had any problems at all. They were quick, and friendly.

My advice to everyone is to always check orher buyers and compare how much they are paying percentage wise to published spot prices, especially when selling silver coins.
