Kimberly helped us pick out a type of granite for our kitchen countertops. She was very helpful and even offered a free sample for us to use while picking out tile backsplashes. Pedro and Pedro Jr were the installers. They arrived promptly on time and completed the work in a short amount of time. They were sure to listen to my requests for specific areas of installation. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience at Menzie.Update: We were happy with the attention of the salesperson and installation crew. However, there were issues with the measurements with the countertops, and we were not offered a satisfactory resolution after installation. We believe Menzie offers competitive pricing and quality granite, but the attention to detail when it comes to fabrication is questionable.Update: Van reached out to me and agreed to fix the problems with the measurements by installing a new piece of granite with the correct dimensions.

The workers at Menzie are all extremely helpful and nice. We had the pleasure of working with Ashley who helped us pick out the most gorgeous slabs and made the entire process from picking, to ordering, to installation easy! They truly were a pleasure to work with and we would recommend them to everyone! Curt and Clay were our installation experts and their work demonstrated their passion for their job. I recently had countertops installed in two of my bathrooms. Ashley was so helpful in helping me pick out the quartz (Lava Grigio). Curt and Clay installed the countertops and did a fantastic job! They were in and out of the house in 2.5 hours which I think was pretty impressive. I will definitely use Menzie Stone again for future projects. Do not hesitate to use Menzie Stone for your projects. You will not be disappointed.

From stone selection to installation, the whole process went very smooth. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a very timely manner. I didn’t think to ask them to cover all the counters to protect them after install but I didn’t have to, they had me covered (pun intended). Thanks guys!

We had searched and had quotes from several stone yards before we went to Menzie Stone. We emailed and got a quote for 90 sq ft for our kitchen for Colonial White. Kim was our contact, and she came back with a far better price than anyone else. We met with her the next day, and Kim was cheerful and helpful. We found two slabs we liked even more than the Colonial- River White. They were the same price as the Colonial. Both my husband and I commented to Kim that we loved everything about the slabs except the heavy red garnet movement on the bottom 1.5 of both. Kim said that was no problem, as we would visit with the slab smith and could choose what parts of the stone we wanted, and see how the sections would look. We paid our deposit, the slabs were marked ours, and we waited. The lead time was 4-6 weeks. After two weeks, Menzie sent out a tech to measure our kitchen with their laser. The tech was very polite and professional. A few days later we received an email from Kim stating the square footage we provided originally was off by 43 sq. ft, and we would owe an additional $2395. We were floored! We had both measured the kitchen, as had a contractor, and knew it was close to 90. I emailed and my husband called. We looked over the techs drawings and our own. Kim found she had made an error when calculating and apologized- we believe it to be an honest mistake. The techs actual measurement was 82 sq . I asked if the price would be less since we were quoted for 90 sq, and Kim replied that she had quoted us for 80 sq only. We knew this not to be the case, as we had our original email stated 90 on the drawing, but we decided not to push the issue, since their price was so reasonable as it was. Here is where we had a potential real problem though- the slab smith was emailed to us, we were not called in to view as we were originally told. We thought the stone in the pictures did not resemble what we picked out much, so I called and asked to come view. Randy, their engineer, was very nice. He told me there were several fissures on the top and middle of both our slabs, so they were only using the bottoms, and he had selected a separate slab to complete the kitchen. We had never been notified there was an issue with our slab choices, and sadly the only part of the ones we had chosen was the only part we did not want. Randy took me into the warehouse to show the fissures. I understood his concern about the slabs integrity, but still wanted the pretty part of the stone! He worked up some different angles for us, but that night I was still unhappy about it. I called him up the next day and said we wanted the top and middle only of the stones we had chosen, and we would take our chances with the fissures, which were mostly not noticeable. He agreed, was very polite, and reworked the layout with our two original stones. When installation day came, two men handled the whole thing alone, and did an outstanding job. It took them close to 6 hours, and they were impressive to watch. They did a great, top notch job, and were very cheerful. When I found a small section of the stone was not polished to conform with the rest, they came back a few days later, and did their best to hand polish it to match. It helped, and we LOVE, LOVE the stone. It looks beautiful. I think Menzie is a good company, though improving on communication with the customer would make them even better (my brother had a similar experience with them in regards to the slab). I would certainly recommend them, but advise insisting on going and viewing the slab smith process in person. Overall, nice staff and a beautiful, huge selection.

And then there is Van, he oversaw the entire project from start to finish. And made sure I was happy. The entire procedure was smooth and I would recommend to all! I wish I could give Menzie Stone Company more than 5 stars, as the service and product we received were absolutely OUTSTANDING. Ours is a remodel of a large existing kitchen with a lot of counters using the existing cabinets, so that added a layer of difficulty and complication that new construction does not have. I got several estimates, and Menzie was very reasonable, and something about visiting the place made me confident at the outset that things would turn out well. I was right. Lee Savoy did a great job working with us on the design of the counters and all the way through the process from measuring to installation. In addition, he made choosing to have an additional small bathroom done at a reasonable cost possible. Lee returned calls and e-mails and answered my questions quickly. He went the extra mile to help us get the best outcome that was possible. The installers were there on time, they were careful, and cleaned up after themselves, which made it possible to continue to function in my kitchen! The install is gorgeous, and we are so delighted with the work they did. Thank you to Van, Lee, and everyone at Menzie Stone for their careful work to improve our home. Had a bad initial experience after they cancelled instillation dates but after speaking to the Shop manager Van, my needs were addressed properly.The stone was as advertised. Instillation went smoothly, all work was level, plumb and square. Instillation guys sealed, and caulked everything as well. Happy with the end result. Van followed up after the install to ensure everything went well.

Catherine was very helpful and helped us pick out the best granite counter top to match our kitchen cabinets. There was no hidden fees or anything like that and they were very competitive with other granite places. The granite showed up to our house as ordered and cut to perfection. The install was very professionally done. The seams are hardly noticeable. The only complaint that I have is there was a lack of communication on the supports. I always wanted supports on our bar piece, but was never giving the opportunity to request it.

Granite in my house is perfect! Great fit, sealed and looks fantastic. Kurt, the installer, did an excellent job and even showed me how to reseal it in the future. Definitely recommend!

During the 2016 flood, another company was suppose to come out and give me an estimate, to repair my stone and they never showed up. I contacted Menzie Stone Company and they referred me to Van who immediately came out and fixed it the same day. Great Experience! We met Brian Bandaries on Black Friday as we pulled up and he is tremendously helpful. Were looking at Triton originally and Menzie beat the price. Remondedled 4 bathrooms and kitchen with their Infinity White Quartzite and it looks awesome. Got delayed twice with cabinets and they were accommodating both times. Very pleased with the service! Ask for Brian; he was very available through the whole process. They even install for you.

3 Month Update: I would not recommend getting a sink here. After only 3 months the one we purchased from Menzie is scratched and rusting. My previous sink was in place 20+ years and it looked better than this one. The countertops have held up great - just get a higher quality sink somewhere else.We shopped around for granite counter tops for our kitchen at other stores in BR. Menzie was the best value by far - even compared to pre-fab shops. Everyone we dealt with at Menzie was easy to work with. Brian was very helpful and accommodating during the process. The measuring and installation appointments were smooth and easy. The installation crew was extremely polite and efficient. I would highly recommend Menzie Stone Company and will return when we need to redo our bathrooms!

The guys at Menzie Stone were absolute lifesavers today. I had inadvertently left a pineapple sitting on my marble countertop, and the acid from it had deeply etched the stone. Van and Lynn happened to be in the neighborhood at another house, and when I explained what I had done they IMMEDIATELY came over not only to assess the problem, but promptly fixed it as well. It looks brand new again. I can not say enough about how prompt and professional they were. I will never use another company for my countertops again! Thank you so much! You guys are the best!

They sold me about $15,000.00 of marble for my kitchen and didnt seal it properly. Its completely useless. You cant set anything down without it leaving a mark. When I brought it to their attention and asked them to come back to seal it, they said, This is why you dont put marble in a kitchen.They should have told me that BEFORE taking my fifteen grand.AND.... Their technicians are incredibly rude. When youre in someone elses home, use your manners.

I had another fabricator come in and do a terrible job with our quartzite. Our neighbor recommended that we call Van, one of the managers at Menzie Stone, to come and see if he could repair our damaged slabs. He confirmed that the workmanship was wrong and did try to repair it, but it was not repairable. My experience with Van was that he is very customer focused. He tried to help us with the mistakes, and is now helping us to completely redo our quartzite countertops. He is very professional. We would recommend Van and the team at Menzie anytime you need countertops.

There price was way low which should have been a sign, They have a cnc so i thought every thing would look good especilly the seams but every thing was cut by hand and look hazy and chips everywhere. When I tried to inqure about why my product was not run on the cnc they told me it was .. i was directed to daniel kennedy and he had no answers. So i will never use these guys again or prosource they own menzie stone ..

Service was horrible . The staff was very rude. My counter tops where done by hand which in this day and a cnc seams are the only way. I did get my full refund . I would never recommend them to anyone. Also there shop guys where cursing and this one fat black guy kept saying the n##er word to me becouse im black . desgusting.
