Roselawn Monument sent me a reply that stated they have never had the pleasure of working with me. Let me tell you my story. They only care about you if you have money !! They sold a family plot that I was paying on for myself after I paid off my parents plots. Whoever they sold it to needed a plot for another family member. Well this person will be buried under the Ricca Gagliano monument !! I was informed that it was taking me too long to pay for my plots they sold it. Maybe it was because my husband is African American and I am white !! This happened after I visited the office to inquire about having someone to blow the leaves and debris off of the family plots..

Hands down best customer service, really warm and welcoming. They did an awesom job with my piece and it was greatly appreciated. Will most definitely be referring others in thier time if grievance...Thanks
