The store was very clean and organize the people that work they were very friendly and obliging and the store was well-stocked and the prices are very competitive and affordable and the parking is plentiful

Went into this store for the first time with my husband and children we went over to the hot plate area and was treated very rudely ! There was two woman working in the back an older lady and a young one, the older lady was not much friendlier than the younger but let me tell you that young girl in the back had an attitude that was ridiculous ! We were asking questions about how much the steak was and she had the nerve to tell us its expensive you cant afford it ! How does she know we cant afford it . Than her attitude just got worse she began to roll her eyes and huff and puff because the line was getting long . Little girl if you dont want to work there get another job but your lucky I didnt come across that counter on you either . Management walking around not doing anything obviously its an issue because I heard another costumer complain than when we went to check out the check out clerk was even rude what kind of people are you hiring? I will never go to store again

The cashiers there are really nice. The Hot Food Service and Food experience have not been good for me at this location. Its so disappointing. My previous location was Jones Creek and I loved it there. Now that Ive purchased a home in the Broadmoor Neighborhood This location is extremely convenient. However Id rather take the commute to Jones Creek. Three consecutive visits there and I was served Undercooked Turkey Wings, then Undercooked white beans that were tasteless and hard as rocks. Tonight took the cake when I went to eat my spaghetti and wrapped up in my noodles and sauce was a long string of black hair...DISGUSTING. I will never eat their food again.

I love Hi Nabor! The staff is always nice, items are always in stock, the store is always clean, the meat selections are fantastic and the deli has great homestyle food selections! There is also fresh fruit and sushi!

This is my absolute favorite store. I go there at least 4 times a week. The prices are reasonable. The produce and meat is always fresh. The employees are VERY friendly and respectful.

The line was long today. The people are always very nice here. Even the Sheriff that watches the door is helpful.

Love the selection here and the hot plates and hot food are amazing most of the time. Kinda high on the prices on some things or else would receive 5 stars in my book. Happy with my experience here most every single time. I would recommend doing some shopping here.

The service is always great and its very convenient. The prices are a bit higher but I know thats because its a small local grocery store. I just dont do my main grocery shopping there. But the sales are normally really good.

Not hi nabor itself but notary. Every time I try and do business at this place it’s something wrong. This time was no different first of all I went there and was standing there about 5 minutes or so and the woman was staring at the phone and didn’t notice me there I had to make noise and say excuse me to get her attention. Then when I finally did I want to get a new registration for my vehicle because I just got it fixed and need a new registration after turning the old one in. She said they have to order it how that’s going to help me with the vehicle they have literally 20 or notaries in Baton Rouge alone that could give you your plate right then. How is it convenient to come here if they don’t even have hard plates at the site.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, yet they maintained the utmost safety. The store was clean and there was sanitizer available in the front of the store for all the customers the only problem for me was there were no stickers on the floor to Mark the distance that should be kept between the customers

Hi Nabor is such an excellent grocery store. Its been around for as long as I can remember and they are just as consistent, if not better. The meats inside the store are quality cuts and the options for perishables and non-perishables is better than Walmart. They also have great prices.I know growing up my dad would make a special trip to Hi-Nabor for Manda Sausage and a few other things. They still sell original Manda to this day. I appreciate the nostalgic feel and the speed with which they offer customer service.Ive always had a great experience in Hi-Nabor and my fiance and I are now passing along our tradition of shopping with Hi-Nabor with our kids. Every time my fiance makes his famous red beans and rice, he goes to Hi-Nabor for the ingredients.

The staff is great, but the clientele are so rude that I cant shop here anymore. Was my regular spot until I had 2 horrible incedents in a row. Thankfully Albertsons and Rouses are right around the corner.

I really didnt like the food. Ive eaten there before nd had a good experience but not this time.

Had to wait for an hour to pick up my Thanksgiving meal. I was told that it would be ready at 4:00pm. The meal is good every year!!!

Went and got a vehicle title notorized and got a bill of sale for the Jeep. Someone broke into my vehicle and took all the paperwork. Went back to the notary at Hi nabor and explained what happened and if she could make copies so I could get the vehicle insured and put in my name and she could not find any information about me being there. Sounds pretty fishy to me. But cameras dont lie.

Hi Nabor has great prices. Went to the store today to purchase some chocolate covered almonds for my Wife and noticed that they had a special sale on medium eggs today for 49 cents a dozen so I purchased 5 dozen. The Cashiers are already courteous and friendly. Hi Nabor on Florida Blvd. is a great place to shop.

The managers in the deli are very unprofessional. I think they can do better by getting new management in the deli. Management should not belittle workers or customers. This is why they always have new faces their. Get the old out start fresh.

A very neat and clean store. The meats are fresh and there is a butcher on property continuously stocking, also the cashier Suzanne (I think thats her name) Was a pleasure to encounter at check out. She bagged my groceries and put them in the basket, I was trying to help because that was something I wasnt use to. To Anyone whos reading I would recommend Hi Nabor and Mrs. Suzanne the cashier!

I like this store. I wished they still carried pepsi products (or at least diet mountain dew).You can find some good deals here. Lines are never long (or when they are long, they get more people to open registers).Fast and friendly service. The deli meals Ive had have been pretty good every time.

Love this place...the manager Tommy is a great, friendly guy! Hes attentive to the customers from helping them with groceries to remembering faces and keeping up with their daily lives. The meat dept always help us with making sure the product is fresh and if theres a special request, they do it with no hesitation! Truly a family oriented store

Recently purchased deli meat . Sliced by the deli. Opened it and it was slimy. Tried to return it for fresh meat clerk said I need a receipt. It was clearly marked with dates and store. Explained to her I just wanted fresh meat. Well I have my slime filled meat. The store should check there dates on the deli meat. No exchanges.

One of the things I like about Hi Nabor is the cashiers are always nice.

I am a disabled customer. I have an above the knee amputation on the left leg. When I came in the store today, a very nice employee got a riding buggy for me to use. While shopping the manager helped me reach items I could not. The same manager bagged my groceries and walked me to my car. He put my groceries in my car and brought the basket back to the store. Everyone was most helpful!

I went when the hours were supposed to be for seniors only, well that wasnt the case. There was two registrars open and long lines in both. Even though they had what I needed, there was no social distancing so I left. Maybe next time!

Family environment, awesome, staff.

Generally institutional foods but nice produce section. Borders a subdivision of senior citizens but meat packages are all family/jumbo portions. Deli section is hardly ever staffed so dont go there expecting sliced cold cuts unless you have an extra hour to spare.
