The place has some good collections. Especially the staff and their service is excellent. They help us in finding the right attire. Seems like they have more collection in LP.One person is there John, whos really good in understanding your requirements. Hes brilliant in choosing the right choice for you. Alterations are done here for free of cost.One problem while visiting this place would be the vehicle parking.

Dont ever buy any clothes from this store. I had a very bad experience and will advise every one not to buy anything in that store. I have never seen such a bad attitude manager in any of the store. He is very rude and argue with customers in a very bad way. The sales person are good but there are helpless. The store manager doesnt give any value to his customers. I really regret doing shopping in that store.

I really liked the services provided by the staff. The manager or whoever the in-charge was reacting very hyper and if we asked him something he was answering in very wierd way. He was scolding the staff in front of customer. That was not at all expected in such a big showroom. Anyways good collection.

Its a small departmental store in tumukuru. It has all the basic needs. Right from grocery to daily essentials. Crockery & other utilities is missing I suppose. Outside the store there is a fresh fruit juice shop & other eatery outlets.

Collection is good but their manager is very rude and uncommon.....

Sales people need to mind their own business and not listen to personal conversations of customers

Good place for branded mens clothing. They have couple of brands available, if not all. They keep running offers which is very good. When we went there was an offer. Buy for 15k and get Allen Solly laptop bag and for 25k trolley. Very good atmosphere and friendly staffs.

A perfect place for all suit needs. Got the perfect pair of suits and shirts. They also have bandgala suits as well, along with 3 piece suits. A fair collections of ties and pocket squares. The gentleman there helped with all the matching and collections. The only thing missing for are the shoes. But the overall experience is a great one with the fitting which will of course be provided.

Went to shop on Sunday Jul/28/19 @ 8-9 pm, I was assist by sales staff name John. he was very friendly and helpful. But cannot tell the same about the manager in billing counter. He doesn’t know what is customer service means, went to smoke outside store straight after billing n collecting cash from me no courtesy to wait and handover my item after billing, and I waited for John to handover the items. I don’t know how he become manager? - Smoking kills

Dont ever buy any clothes from there. I had a very bad experience and will advice everyone not to buy anything.Sales person are good but there is one guy in billing counter, he has too much attitude problem and doesnt give any value to his own customer.I have never seen such a bad attitude guy in any of the store.He always argue with customers in a very bad way.I regret doing shopping from there.

Initially when I bought 2 suits from them they agreed to alter my old suits as a good gesture and then had to go to planet fashion twice as the alteration as they didnt do the alteration properly and I am still not safisfied with the fit. And on top of it I was charged Rs 1000. By a person MK in the showroom also he was saying that now swipe the card later we can take the cash...These people are ripping customers and when I asked for receipt he wrote in the same alteration receipt that I paid Rs 1000. Please beware ...

I had an worst experience here. Shirt of size 39 was required they asked to buy saying within 3 day they will get shirt of 39 size. But instead they altered shirt of size 40 and gave it to me. After lost of request they didnt cared about me. I had done shopping of 4 piece suit were shirt and another pant didnt get well, while purchasing they didnt mentioned that its 4 piece and had problem with second pant size and that too they didnt gave me of correct size.

Not too many varieties...and staff was not courteous and helpful...I would try to avoid this place just because of the staff attitude

Recently bought a suit. Welcoming staff, may be that varies from one staff member to another. Good collection. If you are buying suit, consider the accessories, i.e shirt, tie, pocket square etc...as these things wud cost you more than your suit itself. Overall nice experience.

I purchased one suit for my college and give them for alteration for proper fitting. They delayed the delivery and on the date of delivery they said by mistake they sold my suit to some other customer and told me to pick another one. The experience with them was pathetic and their commitment worth nothing. I didnt had time to argue to them as I had to leave city on the same day or else would have complaint to consumer forum. They are completely bunch of unprofessional people. I will not recommend anyone to visit that shop. Its better to go company outlet instead of this shop where people are completely unprofessional and careless toward their customer service.

Dont buy from these people behind the absolute friendly customer service sales executive mask are cons of the first order. My advice be careful, ask and know everything about what youre buying. Im sure all the satisfied reviews here are out of them asking for it. Dont get conned believe me youll realise and regret later on.

Specifically asked wrinkle free shirts and sales man very professionally showed me some shirts, assuring me on my repeated quiries if they were wrinke free. I walked out happily after spending Rs 6000 in the store for 2 shirts. I was rudely disappointed to find they were not wrinkle free after one wash. Feel fully cheated.
