I have been going to Dr Leblanc’s office since I was a little girl. He is the best. He is really good at getting his patients seen and on their way. I have continued to trust him with my care and don’t plan on seeing anyone else. If you need a great ENT, he’s the one for the job. And they also do allergy testing for those who have severe allergies like myself. They are worth it. All of the staff is amazing. Keep up the good work!

I am extremely pleased with the care and testing received at LENTS. Dr. Boone is very thorough and carefully reviewed my symptoms to help determine a diagnosis and treatment plan for vertigo. Their facilities are top notch and all staff were very personable and professional. All services were well organized with minimum wait time. I highly recommend this ENT practice.

I usually don’t post reviews but feel like my experience at this clinic is worth the hype!!I’ve been a hospital and clinic based nurse for 32 years and know efficiency when I see it. Every time I call and or go to this clinic everyone is happy, professional and on task. Always making every patients experience how it should. Never wait longer than 5-10 min for appointment, Dr Leblanc punctual, compassionate and knowledgeable. Jenny, Dr Leblanc nurse exceptional in clinical interpersonalSkills and you can tell she cares about her clinic. I have no personal gain in writing this only to express that more clinics should be run like this one.

It was great! Good to see Dr. LeBlanc as it had been quite a while. He asked questions regarding my illness, we covered allergies, he covered how he wanted the meds he was giving to be taken. We chatted for a minute or two after, then he left as his work was done. The staff was kind and jovial as usual, and were compassionate when giving two stinging shots! Office was immaculately clean.

The office worked me in unexpectedly as a new patient in less than 48 hours. Staff was efficient and polite. Dr. Boone was friendly and thorough. He diagnosed and treated my problem quickly which is all I could ask for. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Dr Boone by my neurologist. I must say that I am highly satisfied. The front desk staff was very polite. The ladies who assisted him with my care was very knowledgeable of what they were doing. The nurse who did the hearing exam made me feel so comfortable, often asking if I was ok. Each one of them introduced themselves to me with a smile that says, we’re here to help you. I’ve been several places trying to get diagnosed with my condition and Dr Boone went straight to it. I’ve never left a Doctor’s office feeling so relieved with the information that was given to me. I’m looking forward to my procedures, knowing that this staff cares about their patients and I’ll be in good hands.

Dr. Boone is fantastic. My sinus surgery was completely without complications and I healed quickly. He is very personable and knowledgeable.

Woke up on Monday with a bad sinus infection, something that seems to occur annually in October or November. I called Dr. Mitchells office at 8 and was in to see him at 9:30. I received prompt treatment at the office along with prescriptions. I have been treated by Dr. Mitchell for probably three decades and his diagnoses have always been spot on and the prescribed or administered medicines have always worked. I would not go anywhere else for ENT issues.

Dr. Boone was very kind and thorough! Dr Miller the audiologist made my experience pleasant. The staff at the front desk were also super friendly and very welcoming! I will definitely be using LENTS for myself and my family from now on.

I saw Dr. Michell for the first time he is a very knowledgeable ENT Doctor. He also gave me some valuable advice regarding the virus. I would highly recommend him.

I appreciate Dr. Ryan Boone as a doctor, but as for his nurses/medical staff… if he doesn’t get ahold of these young girls, he will fail miserably as a doctor. My 3 week old (at the time) child chokes and gasp for air. I went into his office as a “cry for help” so say on Thursday 6/17/2021. Dr. Boone preformed a small scope procedure on my child and recommended we see a pediatric specialist to follow up with as a second opinion…. I was told that the specialist is roughly two weeks out and yet his nurse never put in the referral. I called their office four times, left his nurse two voicemails and spoke to the charge nurse in regards to this referral, as well as called children hospital’s scheduling department to see if the referral was put in. I’ve gotten absolutely nowhere. This is completely unacceptable! Since then, my child was admitted to Children’s Hospital Baton Rouge and Children’s Hospital New Orleans. This office should be ashamed to have such terrible nurses working for them! My entire family and I have seen Ryan Boone for many, many, many years and never once have we experienced such carelessness! He can’t be successful with the staff they have him with.

Dr Charles LeBlanc and his staff are amazing! They really have it together there! They are very kind, caring and are not scared to give you the medication you need to get well. If you suffer from sinusitis you know how important it is to get some relief. I have been going to Dr LeBlanc for 30 years and he has been a lifesaver! He is an excellent, top of the line Doctor!

I have been suffering with allergy related upper respiratory issues since March and it wasnt resolving. My visit to LENTS discovered I have a severe infection and blockage. I have always gotten good results from the clinic, no matter the issue.

I called earlier in the week and left a message. Nobody bothered to return my phone call. I had to call again several days later. I was told I would have an answer this afternoon and here it is well past closing time and nobody ever bothered to call me back. If this is the kind of service I can expect to receive after being a patient the last several years then I will be finding a new doctor.
