Back again… the kids can’t get enough of this place! They never disappoint.

Although the ice cream is pricey, look at it. It is made beautifully and very delicious. I’d say it’s worth the extra dollars. The experience is also fun as well. You get to see the smoke come out of the ice cream making process.

If you’re into rude and unprofessional staff that makes decent, over priced shakes and rolls theirs eyes about, then this is the place for you! When they completely forget to make your order (which has happened literally EVERYTIME I’ve been), the attitudes hit an all time high and they treat you like it’s your fault. You may have a better experience, but who knows..

Definitely a different kind of icecream texture. Not a huge selection like certain other places but but a solid line up. Everything that I saw came out looking solid on their makes. I will say the lobby was a bit unattended but we are in trying times right now.

Expensive ice cream for an average taste. The shakes at McDonalds give you more flavor than these ones. The service was slow and they are making customers wear masks despite not advertising the need to have one. If you are going to have a retarded policy, at least put it on the door so people know. The shakes also look nothing like their online photos and are smaller than they appear.

Great experience but my sister in law reminded me as I was about to go 5 stars that there was a bug on her chair that she was not very happy about. Not sure what keeps the bugs from getting in the ice cream making area. Anyhow the ice cream was magnificent.

Happily greeted when I approached the counter. the employee did a nice job explaining the menu to me (since it was my first time). ice cream is more on the pricey side but it’s definitely worth it since it’s freshly made in front of u.i will the say, the ice cream looks exactly like their instagram! definitely will be going again

Too expensive, $10 for less than a pint of ice cream. Employees were not very friendly, seemed more important to them to cut up with their friends in the lobby. Flavor was ok, but nothing on Marble Slab. Gave them plus one star for the chemistry experiment portion of the show.

My little one was excited to get some ice cream from a new place. He was quickly disappointed. When we entered, it was empty and no one was at the counter to greet us. We waited about two minutes before someone finally appeared from the back. There was no acknowledgement of the fact that no one was present to greet us. The girl wasnt friendly or welcoming. We ordered two of the smallest ice creams since weve never been, we just wanted to try. It came up to over $15. After paying, the girl just disappeared in the back. She didnt say why she was going in the back, she just walked off. We stood in the store for over 10 minutes, unaware of what was going on. Finally the girl comes from the back and just says, I have to give you a refund. No apology, no explanation. I asked why and she said she couldnt get her nitrogen machine to work. Again, no apology for the wait, no offer for a discount on a future visit for the inconvenience, no acknowledgement that the entire experience was horrible. She didnt advertise their point program. She just was not personable or hospitable at all. When you charge almost $8 for a small ice cream, you should at least have decent customer service. I couldnt tell you if the ice cream is good or worth $8 because I didnt get to try any and since it was such a horrible experience, I wont be returning unless it is offered for free. I guess there is a reason that it was empty when I got there.

If i give zero stars, I would. Staff is incredibly rude!! With the sign saying open until 11, unlocked doors, and full of customers. We were refused service and told they were closed.Other customers also stated the employees had been very difficult to deal with.The owner needs an entirely new staff, or it will not make it.

Worst staff ever!! This place needs worker that care about what they do. I never been here before and the staff just played around while we stood there. Also never explained what they offer. Nothing is clean!! This place needs to close down!!

Waited 20 min. just to find out that they ran out of liquid nitrogen and couldn’t serve us what we paid for. Surely they have some sort of indicator that tells the preparers when they are about to run out. The place also smells like dirty feet. I won’t be going back.

Huge disappointment!!!! To begin the place smells like dirty water, the counter tops are dirty even when they are not making milkshakes, all the tables were dirty even when they were empty, the staff is a bunch of young adult that you can hear laughing when you are waiting for someone to come and take your oder. Dont waist your time.

Service was horrible because of the attitude from the employee checking us out..we went on 07/16/21 around 8:00 pm. Ice cream was not the greatest wouldnt recommend it.

The icecream place has ice cream without regular milk. They have coconut milk and cashews (I think..) options. I really like my mint ice cream with coconut milk. Thanks guys for the extra options!

Horrible service and expensive! Totally under staffed! I heard this place advertised on the radio and the concept sounded really cool but the experience is totally lacking!! The line was very long with only two girls to service all the customers. I saw several people leave before their order was taken bc they waited so long. I feel bad for the girls working bc they need more help!! Do not advertise for on the radio if you so not hire enough staff to accommodate the customers!!

Since the day they open I’ve been I Coming here at least 1-3 a week. It is a bit pricey BUT it’s def worth it. Be prepared to wait a bit this type of ice cream takes time. But It’s so smooth and delightful! I recommend getting the smoothie version of the specialty flavors! The crew is super hard working and nice. The girl with the red curly hair usually works nights and is def a leader and can see her as a manager at some point. The owner of the place is super nice def love his vibe. This place is a must have. I also love how the girls/guys can have their natural hair or diff colors def adds spark to the environment.Ps for the people who have had issues with this place be patient and kind and give it another try.

WORST PLACE EVER, there was a piece of metal in the ice cream that broke my tooth. The workers are so unprofessional and horrible!!!

Lady that add topping gave my order away I’ve been waiting since 5:30, it’s now 6:20, there were a ton of people in the place and she didn’t call my name, she just basically gave my order to the first person who ordered the same thing, they said they changed shifts, at the same time I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else this was a bad first time experience. Also my wife got her order around 6, expect LONG WAIT TIMES

Ok, flavor is awesome, Ill give you that, but you have a lot of people not following social distancing. You have customers without masks getting close to other people. The place is dirty right now. And all I see is employees stressed out. They definitely need another person (like a floor person) to clean. Definitely need a better business model. The cashier has long nails and her gloves broke. She hasnt changed her gloves in about 15 minutes. And dealing with cash and food, its just nasty. These people need a manager that cares.

Awesome ice cream!

Seemed like a cool concept but the ice cream was pretty average and I wasnt blown away by it- maybe it was a bad day? Its also pretty expensive which makes sense because of how its made but the end product wasnt good enough to justify the price in my opinion.

We went in on Sunday after lunch time. They were super busy and understaffed. Our ice cream took forever. On top of that my sister in law had to tell them they didn’t give us our waffle cones and they had a complete attitude about it when we told them. Also, the music they were playing definitely wasn’t appropriate for a family environment. If I was a business owner and walked in and saw what was going on I would have been livid.

A bit pricey, but worth every penny. Incredibly smooth, rich and creamy ice cream. The salted caramel is amazing!!!

Staff was not friendly. cashier had an attitude and denied an order that could have been easily done. ingredients were very old and sloppy.

Only putting 1 star because I was the only person in line and waited for over 5 minutes and no one ever took my order so I walked out.

4 stars only but the delightful concoctions and the clean premises were certainly not to blame; the ice cream was smooth, there was no clutter in front or behind the counter, and people behind the counter were very polite. The problem, however, are the too many little things that cannot be ignored en masse:* their was a steady stream of people but not one customer was wearing a mask and masks were either not worn by the individuals behind the counter or worn incorrectly. Wished they had a sign at the door and if theyd modeled what they want their customers to do. In these crazy times, masks are for everyones sake.* there was a steady stream of people and the girls behind the counter although very polite, seemed overwhelmed and they were not using all the freezing pads which defeats the purpose. We had to wait on our fourth specialty ice cream but the wait could have been averted with better communication even without using the extra freezing pad.* ice cream was incredibly smooth but the toppings, besides the whipped cream, would have been better in the batter. The clumps of toppings stuffed on the side were a mouthfull at times.* Wed go back but perhaps when wearing of masks is at least encourage and there is a reliable vaccine otherwise, well stick to our Haggen Dazs as a safe substitute...thats how good Creamistry is.

The texture of the ice cream was nice and the environment was enjoyable. However, The ice cream did not have any flavor and was expensive. I would not return.

This place is awful. For starters, they wouldn’t let me pay with card because they were “charging the ipad”. You would think they would have these things figured out. Then I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. I finally got my ice cream and it was completely tasteless. It was a waste of my time and is 100% overrated.

First day open today. It was crowded well that is not the reason of my 1 star. The ice cream is tasteless we ordered ruby cacao and chocolate combustion. Both were tasteless. One was gelatoish hard, the other one was melting soft. We also got a nitroshake which was very thick (like McDonalds) and not cold. Believe me McDonalds milkshake is better. You would expect nitroshake to be colder -- atomic burger down the street have nitroshakes they are much better than this. Very very very disappointed.And above all pricy. we got a regular cup that is one scoop for 6.95 and the shake was 9.90. That is expensive. This place will close down, this market is very tough on sub par services.There to go cups dont even have proper lids.

My “Black” Family of 4 and I were told to leave and stand outside bc of the 10 person limited! They said they were over the limit but people were still walking in and out. There were 13 people in the store and they said 10 people including employees. So why were the other patrons not told to get out and wait until some people exited?!!
