I had a terrible experience here. The price I paid for this “hot sausage poboy” is as absurd. I definitely have never experienced this before especially in Louisiana. Hot sausage has to come in a link and for that price it should be the longer links and made with live. This is what I received today and I was told “that’s how it come” so that means this is prepackaged not sure where it came from, but I will not be back. I’m passionate about good experiences and nice food places. I will not be back.

The snowballs are always inconsistent. Most times I find a big hard block of ice the size of a tennis ball hidden in the mid-bottom portion of the cup. I rarely give bad reviews, but this has happened so often, I had to warn others. Theyll get no more of my business. Ill drive further to Way Cool on Antioch Rd, where the worker are nice & the snowballs are consistent. I hope this helped someone.

They could definitely have a more flavorful syrup. Fill the cup up with ice when you pay these premium snowball prices you expect to have a full cup! Decent at best! Over an hour wait time has my expectations high af!

I have always loved this place but last season and this season especially has been bad. I’ve been here 3 times this season so far thinking it was “just a bad day” or bad luck. But this last visit on 4/18 was it. Their snowballs have absolutely no juice anymore, got a rainbow and literally NO JUICE! I scooped off the top and to my “not so surprise” it was just plain ice. The juice didn’t even make it to the bottom of the cup or halfway! This was my family and my experience 3 visits in a row. The young ladies that work here are so nice but need to be mindful of the measurements when rushing to get cars out of the line. Understandably they charge for “extra juice” but that should not be an excuse to NOT put an appropriate amount the first time. This used to be the BEST place and I hope it gets back to that. Or either my luck changes lol. I still tip anyways bc it’s hot and the service is awesome! Just more flavor and juice

Me and my wife usually love rainbows snowballs but yesterday we got the strawberry shortcake and it literally tasted like nothing they had no flavor Wat so ever it was a bland snowball me and my wife were shocked.

Horrific! Was there today and noticed as I put my snowball in the beverage holder, it never melted or dripped as usual. When I got home I realized it was dry, no juice just ice and condensed milk. My last trip here. A waste of money. Thank you for a great dissapointment today.

The line is always long and it seems like they move in slow motion at times. Went there yesterday and the young lady reached me my snowball but they evidently overfilled the cup, so once I got the cup from her and tried to put it in my cup holder the juice wasted everywhere. It was on the outside of my car, the inside of my car, me, my wallet. It was just a big mess. If feel as though the young lady knew It was going to be messy because she tried to reach me extra napkins before I attempted to put it in my car. Lets just say me and my car took a mini bath with a half of water bottle that I already had. My thing is if you know its going to spill why reach it to me because you can see that, I cant see that sitting in a vehicle in the drive-thru.

The snowballs are normally good and the lines move at a decent speed but I have tried to come twice on Sundays and they have closed early saying that they are sold out of everything!! My thing is if you know you have been selling out why not order more product!?

Generally great snowballs. Run by teens, it can be a little inconsistent. The lines can be crazy long but its the customers decision if they want to wait. Considering those lines, the snowballs must be great! Frequently an employee walks the line with a pad and pencil to take orders and expedite the process. Ive only enjoyed the snowballs and am unfamiliar with their other offerings.

Nachos are so wonderful and customer service by the Young ladies is great. They work hard at helping the loooooong line that is there EVERY DAY. Great job.

I hate nachos chili cheese with peppers a green Apple( sugarfree) snow by with a splash of Orange (regular) ( ice soft and creamy)And I must say it was the best snowball Ive had yet for Spring 2020 is Here! The servers were also so nice and sweet. Thanks you guy for excellent service.

Good snowballs, awesome that they accept cards. But i have come by a few times during their business hours and they are not open without any reason why. They also are ALWAYS out of hotdogs.

We used to visit this snowball stand freqently in the past, but recently the customer service has become VERY poor. We waited in the drive-thu line for over 20 minutes when a lady told us that they were not taking any more orders since they were closingThey have no respect for your time. There were a lot of options so it was hard to decide but one of the nice employees came out of the building and got orders from those of us in the drive thru and was able to quickly and clearly answer my questions. The prices are great and the ice was super soft and I got mine stuffed with cheesecake which was delicious! 😁 They worked really quickly and were nice and polite

The Snowball flavor selection is huge! They have best snowballs in Baton Rouge in my opinion. You can drive through and order your snowball. That alone is a plus.

Normally Im a BIG fan, but today we treated ourself to a snowball and my sons was over flowing with juice and mine was still clear ice on the inside. The staff is also always helpful and friendly but today the girl took our order and simply went to next car. No, thank you. Nothing... shocked and disappointed.

Service was really friendly, and all the items we had today, (snowballs and Frito pie) were delicious and perfect. I know others have complained about the speed of their service, but that didnt bother us today. This was our first trip and well definitely be back. This place is great!

If I could I would give it a negative star. Im posting from a month or so back. I went here over four years and it was amazing! I hate to say it but, it went down hill with customer service. It was a girl and a guy. When the snowballs were ready the girl just open the window and put it out the window and slammed the window . Not saying its ready. We ordered one more snowball and my cousin asked the girl is it always busy and without talking she waited and just shook her head with a ugly smirk and closed the window.Im not going to lie it was kinda of funny so I laughed cuz she was being a little you know what and I never thought anyone will ever do that. Im still laughing at this point and I know she knows Im laughing at her . My cousin goes to window to ask for napkins. He or she threw ice in the grass and bees were flying everywhere . So I know they did that on purpose. (Im sure they have a sink in there)But the thing is we didnt move because we know if you sit still they wont bother you but they threw a cup of ice again and more bees (over 18) were flying. Still sitting and its not bothering us. So their plan for us to leave or get stung didnt work. God doesnt sleep! The guy didnt seem racist but the girl sure did! What A shame for having to deal with people like her.

The snowballs are good, but the service is horrible. It’s ran by rude teenagers that rarely get the orders correct, but I continued to visit because I enjoyed the snowballs. In my most recent visit, I literally watched one of the workers at the window lick juice off of her fingers and put my straw in my snowball. I was disgusted. Didn’t even eat the snowball. Will not be returning to this establishment.

They serve the cars in the line way faster than the people standing in the heat. They are unorganized. The snowballs are great, but so not worth waiting over an hour for while the people sitting in their air-conditioned cars are served much more quickly.

This is a drive thru and walk up so we walked up. We understand they are busy but when we asked which window the young African American guy with eyeglasses and wild hair opened the window said this window and closed it. Then a young lady came and took our order when another group walked up behind us. Then after we sat 15 mins waiting this same young man opens the window and gave the individuals that were 7 behind us their order. I asked for a refund and he gave it to me and closed the window. He doesnt have any customer service skills and I WILL NEVER RETURN there again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER....

Was really disappointed today the flavor I always get didnt taste like the blue hawaiian, on top my snow cone was good in the middle I had had ice. I dont know if I will return.

Best Snowballs ever and great customer service

My wife and I stopped by on Sunday March 19, 2017 at about 4:50p to the walk up window to order. It wasnt until 5:05p that I was able to order. After that, it wasnt until 5:55p that I received my snowballs! Over 1 hour wait for 3 snowballs is outrageous! Not to mention the place is ultra run down, dirty, and smelled terrible!We live right down cedarcrest and frequent this snowball stand fairly often. The wait is usually pretty bad (somewhere around 30min) but today was by far the worst experience Ive had as far as wait and environment. The people behind us in line actually walked away after about 30min without even worring about getting what they ordered and the next guy banged on the window after 45min wanting his money back! The only reason I did not do the same was because we promised our 2 kids (5 and 2 years old) they would get one...I guarantee this will be the last time I go to this snowball stand. These guys need to get it together before they lose all their business or someone opens up another snowball stand right across the road!

Extremely slow service. Avoid this one at all costs. They cater much more to people in cars than sitting outside. No one should have to wait an hour to get a snoball or even nachos. They need to hire more staff or invest in more equipment. Otherwise if 0 was a choice it will be that!!!
