Huge selection of cupcakes and ice cream. I tried the cupcake balls and wedding cake cupcake. Hands down the best of each I’ve ever had- even better than some of the big names in bigger cities. I’ll be back for sure!!

They make some really tasty sweets...the ice cream is super yummy too. 😋 With the awesome customer service & all the sweet treats...I always walk out with a 😊 on my face! The quality of these cupcakes is beyond—you get what you pay for! I’ve genuinely never had a grocery store cupcake that I thought tasted good...but Smallcakes are out of this world. The daily specials are always unique and there are so many other treats as well. The red velvet ice cream is probably my favorite; don’t even get me started on the brownies! So good.

Very Special Cupcakes! I really enjoyed my experience. I was offered the samples and recommended different flavorings! I know that I will be returning to try more flavors. Oh, I almost forgot the ice cream 🍨... SALTED CARAMEL 🤤! I truly recommend you try it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 the price was moderate $$$ but worth it !

Clean, Quaint, and Simply Pretty on the inside. Once she warmed up, the cashier was polite and friendly. Cupcake presentation was gorgeous! Samples were plentiful (tried churro cupcake . . . Mmmmmmm). Cashier offered samples of ice cream also. I bought Wedding Cake and Lemon Cupcake, but there were MANY more varieties offered from classic chocolate to peanut butter to specialities like churro.Frosting is not too sweet; lemon is not too tart; and cake is not dry at all. Very moist. Very good small cakes (cupcakes)! I will be revisiting and hoping to make this a new favorite spot.

I’ve been patronizing this place for over a year, and the cupcakes have always been delicious. However today I went in and didn’t buy one single cake. The young lady at the bakery could not have been more rude! A cavalier disregard for me as a customer. To think of all the people I’ve referred, and the business I’ve personally given... it makes me sick to my stomach. I will never return.

Prioritize the people inside the store. Made an order at the counter and had to wait bc someone called in an order. I realize this is a business but folks should not be able to jump ahead bc they call. I used gas money to visit the store.... cupcakes were decent. Will return but have heard complaints about customer service in the past.

People usually leave good reviews because they want to be nice and polite. There are restaurants, chefs and bakers that will bad, average, good and amazing. The bakers at Smallcakes Cupcakery are amazing!Let me put it another way. If this small business were to be in danger of closing due to COVID the government needs to write them a cheque for any amount that they need to remain open for my great great great grandchildren to enjoy!

Was looking for something diffident to Enjoy this past weekend with a combination of cake and Ice Cream. when I enter the store the woman behind the conner was not very pleasant. 1st Disappointment ☹ I proceed to tell her that I fond them on goggle and decided to try them out I asked her how long they had been establish and she pointed to the sign on the wall ☹ 2nd Disappointment so my friend and I go on and place our order because again we wanted to try something NEW!! However, she did have a mask on but when I realize after she place my order on the corner to be check out she didn’t have on glovers while getting my cupcakes or Ice cream… Needless to say the Cupcakes was good but I will not be returning base on services render…. ☹

So, when I was first introduced to this place, it was through social media. I was excited, but knew I lived too far away to be able to experience on a regular basis. But I did like it.Fast forward: earlier this year, I began working for a company very close to the location on Highland, and once I made that realization, I was there EVERY Friday. Ill never go again, though. I suppose my skin tone makes the lady behind the counter feel as though she can ignore my presence while she holds personal conversations with people about random things while I was waiting to give her my money. I just walked out and havent been back. I just go to Cupcake Junkie on Coursey now. More options (sweet AND savory) and much better customer service.

The desserts here are amazing. Everything is always super fresh and they have plenty of options. They make it super easy to keep up with the daily specials on their Facebook page so you know whats coming up which is nice. I would definitely recommend trying them if you havent already!

Im a pet sitter so I buy a lot of their pupcakes for my clients. I tried a human cupcake a few days ago and it was heaven!! Everyone is always so polite when I stop by. I highly recommend Smallcakes to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Took my daughter here for a date night and the ice cream was so appetizing we couldnt wait to take pictures. I had the red velvet (a personal favorite flavor) and she had the salted caramel - both were excellent.What I found impressive also was the young lady working the counter was very knowledgeable of the company, the owners, ingredients of all the products, etc. The group ahead of us had several questions and she answered them all without hesitation.

Everything Ive tried is delicious! The lemon drop is a mild lemon flavor. The red velvet is classic. The icing has a rich flavor. Cupcakes are a decent size.

I absolutely love SMALLCAKES. The Sundae cupcake is on a whole different level of any cake Ive had of any kind, but they are out everytime I come by and want some. My taste buds are left hanging once again today.

Small Cakes cupcakes are the freshest, fluffiest cupcakes Ive ever had. I tried one of their specialty cakes today, the Mimosa, it was ABSOLUTELY to die for! The icing texture was perfect, not like others that taste gritty with sugar crystals mixed in. The icing was smooth and light with just the right sweetness. Mmmm! You just have to try them! (Sorry no pic; the small cake was irresistible.)

Great quality cupcakes. They have specialty cupcakes every week that they announce on social media. They have pupcakes for dogs which is essentially a carrot cake that my dog loves. My favorite cake is the red velvet. The cupcakes are a good size, but one star removed for expensive price. This is a treat I can afford maybe once every month or so.

I was about over the cupcake craze with having so many Not-So-Great $4 cupcakes but SMALL CAKES WON ME BACK OVER!! The Lemon Drop Cupcake was perfect in every sense of the word but the star of the show was the Cupcake Infused Carrot Cake Ice Cream... There are no words to explain how good it was!!!! My picky pup even liked his little pupcake which he typically wont touch!

Our dog is obsessed with the pup cakes. We originally found them at “pawdi-gras” across town and when it was time for his birthday I had to search to figure out where they were from. This time mom and dad got cupcakes too, which were so moist and delicious that they didn’t make it to picture time!

They close at 8 on Wednesday night according to the Google search, so we drove from downtown Baton Rouge and arrived at 7:25. They were closed and the girl inside saw us walking up then went to the back. No operation hours posted on the door. We wasted a pretty far trip for a cupcake and they dont even honor their advertised hours. We probably wont try that trip again.
