Extremely inconsiderate business... I would give them a negative 5 if I could! Reserved 3 pallets of sod to pick up on a Friday. Took a vacation, which costs me money, and they didn’t have my sod!!! No courteous call or heads up, just nope had problems and don’t have. The inconsiderate women at the counter wouldn’t even look at me, just said I would have to wait till next Wednesday. She was extremely rude, stay away from this place, they will screw you over!!

YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS TO 4:54 pm. I sent my son here to pick up a bag of grass seed. He arrived at 4:54 pm, and called me to say it was a wasted trip because he was told “we can’t help you because the guys in the back already left, come back tomorrow at 8am”. It’s an hour and 20 minute drive for me to drive back the next day. I made a point to go Woerner because they are a company that is family owned and specializes in grass and seed. If this type of don’t care attitude is indicative of their company, no thanks.

The sod was good only because I insisted on getting it from a pallet that was fresh. The black boy in the yard told me I couldnt have it so I went to the office and asked and they had the outside boys load it from the fresh pallet. The inside girl did a great job. The outside boys need lessons in customer service. I wont go back here because of the rude behavior i experienced by the outside boys. The young black boy has a real attitude problem. The older white boy is not much better. He just slung the pieces into the back of the truck.

Called and purchased 29 pallets of st. Augustine over the phone for delivery in late April. Grass was delivered and placed in yard for easy access when it was promised and it was in great shape “fresh” especially considering the warm weather. Very few weeds and it’s all growing great!

I have used Woerner many many times and I have always been treated with respect and appreciated. The management is very personal and professional To all of our employees.Mr. Travis and Ms. Diane has personally called us to follow up to make sure we where happy with the sod. They continue to reach out to us when new materials come in or even to wish us Happy Holidays . I will continue to do business there and will always recommend others.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I own a landscaping company and I can always count on high quality products (Sod, Bulk Stone Aggregate, Pavers, Mulch) from this company. They are knowledgeable and reliable and will help explain the correct way to do a project. Price, service, and selection are all very good! I have used them exclusively for several years now and I dont have a reason to shop anywhere else!

I wish I could leave no stars... My husband and I had a very rude encounter by the assistant manager Dianne Tollett who was working the front desk. She spoke down to my husband and I as if we were not intelligent. I suggest this place learn how to run a business correctly and thoroughly work on costumer service. I also suggest for the people to look at all possible options before visiting this facility because it will be a very trying and awful experience.

As a landscape company we use Woerner Baton Rouge for sod, gravel, stone, and mulch on a weekly basis. The manager Travis, and his assistant Diane give us great service and fulfill our orders on a timely basis. Overall the Sod is a grade A product and I am always informed before hand if it is anything less than perfect. On occasion we order custom stones and products that are crucial to the finishing products of our designs- they are always top grade and come in as promised.

Picked up half a pallet of Saint Augustine to replace the grass my dogs killed at the place I was renting. Landlord loved it, staff was friendly.

Our business has used Woerner Turf for many years (TigerGreen Lawn and Landscaping, LLC). Travis and Mrs. Diane are extremely helpful. Every time my husband or I call, they get us taken care of like we are their only customer. If we get in a bind, they are always there to make things happen for us so that we are able to please our customers. We truly appreciate Woerner but more importantly Mrs. Diane and Travis! Thank you for taking such great care of us. We look forward to many more years of business with you all.

I paid $230 for pallet of St Aug sod yesterday. The quality was very poor The sod was dried out and yellow and about 20-30% of the pieces where cut so tin they where only dead roots. I left a message for the manager expressing my concern, but never received a call back. I recommend doing a google search and going down the street to their competitor.

They delivered sod next door driver was backing up ran over our mail box. We were home but not aware of it. We ran camera and found him when he hit it and he never even came told us. I personally would be scared to tdamage someones property and not report it to the owners or police. We did not pursue with the driver. They did pay for our mailbox to have a new one put up. Although we missed our mail all week and the people installing it had to come back twice because they did a crappy job the first time. Its done now. The only thing we have that is not our responsibility is the old aluminum post and a big block of concrete to try some how dispose of it.

Very rude...incompetence in office and in the yard. Dented my trailer for no reason other than negligence. No concern for others. Will NEVER return.

These guys are just plain rude, both the manager and assistant. My husband, myself and our contractor all called on separate occasions and all three of us were treated rudely. Ill not spend a dime here.
