Ms. Parker has hosted my parties for the past 3 maybe 4 years. This year however was quite different. I figured I had established a quite decent relationship with her over the past few years. She puts on a great show and all of my party comers look forward to her presentation. This year she cancelled on me THE DAY OF my event. She took her employees word over mine.WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Her worker told her that I had an attitude over the phone and Ms. Parker immediately cancelled on me and blocked me on social media. She never called me to find out what exactly happened just sent a dm on Instagram telling me to pick up my money! What she did was extremely unprofessional and disappointing...crazy thing is I never disrespected the employee and am pretty sure that she blew the conversation that we had out of proportion when she told it to Ms. Parker. Either way my guests were looking for her and she was a no show. I feel that if she no longer wanted my business over a lie then she could of at least had the professional courtesy to still host my party and then let me know that she would no longer host for me at any other function...Anyway she has lost a loyal customer...No more PPG for me!
