Thermacon picked up the phone and within 20 minutes I was explaining what I needed done in person! Thermacon did a great job on 10 jewelry mold holders I needed made. Mr. Douglas did a great job milling them out exactly what I needed and they all match perfectly, and where made very quickly. I will definitely be back!

I called 7 or 8 machine shops before running into Mr. Douglas at Thermacon. All of them didnt even give me the time to listen to what I needed. Thermacon was happy to help me even though my project was barely worth the time. They were pleasant, timely and only charged me half of what I had agreed to. You just dont find that type of customer service any longer. Such a pleasure. Thanks

I contacted Thermacon Manufacturing to design and fabricate a custom drain cover for a spa. (The property in which we were selling needed one after we discovered it missing.) I provided the circumference and the depth to the drain. They had the fore thought to design two types both of which could withstand the long term heat and water exposure. Their knowledge of product materials and engineering skills save us a $1/2 million sale for my company and the design was aestatically pleasing, fit perfectly and the water flow from the drain was spot on. I would highly recommend this company. 5 Stars
