Bought a 30 year old boat with a 115 merc. Couldnt figure out how to get running. Called allover and no one would even consider working on a 30 year boat. Basically was laughed at and hung up on. Through word of mouth folks steered me to greenwell springs marine. They fixed my old tower of power and was way more than reasonable.... Guess what! I will remember this when i buy a new boat. They also have some of the best, well trained marine mechanics in the area. When you drop off a boat or piece of equipment, you can rest assured that it will be handed well and service will be done promptly by excellent people, and excellent employees.

Mike worked on my two F150 4stroke yamis that had sat with water and 2 year old fuel. Bottom line = it cost an arm and a leg but Mike got them purring like new! I couldnt be happier with the work he did. A big thumbs up for this certifies Yamaha dealer/mechanic!

The best boat mechanic shop in Louisiana

Went to the showroom to look at the G3 18 Bay. It wasnt on the showroom floor, and there was no service at all, even though employees saw me looking at the boats. I even took 5 minutes to read a brochure while leaning against a boat. I finally just left, not willing to inconvenience sales people to sell me a boat.In fairness to this business, a similar situation happened at Boat City USA. I feel if I cant get service on the purchase, Ill never get service if a problem after the sale. Ive since turned my attention to another brand of boat, Xpress, avoiding local dealers, looking on the Internet at many many boat dealers along the gulf coast.
