Me and the family was at the Louisiana State Fair enjoying the sights and rides, then ended up getting a good deal on a bed. James was very good with explaining everything. He wasnt pushy or trying to make you feel bad for not wanting to buy it. We ended up trying several beds and pillows to find the ones we want. We were wrapping things up and got in the massage chairs and tried one and it was good but then tried another one and I was sold on it. James gave us a great deal on the bed and massage chair. As I lay here, contemplating a trip to the fridge, my mattress whispers to me like a new found lover “please don’t leave.” And I can find no reason to leave her. James was quite wonderful. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed versus what we wanted based on how we sleep and how we feel. Before going to sleep city I went to mattress firm on airline. Not only did they want to charge me $5300 for a matress and a box spring when I needed help filling out my application the lady was outside talking to someone for 30-45 minutes. Then upon returning inside when my application didnt get approved told me she would take down the case number and our phone number and call us back the next day to help us that of which I never received and had to call them. Not only did I receive exceptional service at sleep city, James stayed late to help us and I also got my mattress, adjustable base, sheets, pillows, and mattress protector for half the price of mattress firm. AMAZING SERVICE ! We have been sleeping on the same mattress forever and it just was not working out anymore. I have been researching the “best mattress” for months. We walked into Sleep City, because we are local and we need a new mattress. We thought we would have to go to multiple store to find what we wanted but James proved us wrong. We went looking for a mattress and went to Sleep City first as it is closest to our house. James greeted us and asked a few questions and then asked us to try out some mattresses to help figure out what we really liked. After sleeping on the floor last night my husband was bound and determined to find us a mattress. We went to sleep city because they were open an hour earlier than everyone else and we wanted to purchase something ASAP. Our house flooded May 17, 2021 I was very overwhelmed and stressed trying to replace everything we lost. We walked in Sleep City and James Howell immediately took that stress away!
