Buying a new bed seemed like an overwhelming task with all of the choices out there and places to shop online and in person. On our way to dinner, we noticed this little neighborhood store and decided to pop in. We had the BEST buying experience... we showed up for an impromptu “look” for a mattress... & had absolutely no interest in an adjustable base. Kevin (Trimble) greeted us and asked questions that led us to a perfect fit right away; got to know enough about us personally within moments of meeting that led him to show us what that base was all about- and in less than half an hour we had made a decision & were out the door (spoiler alert- we DID want that base after all!) We felt like we had been effectively educated on the product, there was no uncomfortable pressure to make a decision or buy, and we genuinely enjoyed our conversation with Kevin.
