Worst customer service!They supposed to be open at 8:00 am and I had to wait until 8:40 am … then the owner told me that he don’t have time for me because I was very busy on others jobs.

Always quick, easy, and painless. They are very accommodating. I needed glass quickly for a project, when the first piece broke (my fault) they had it the very next business day!

I purchased nine windows from Best Deal and every single one leaked, even though the owner had assured me that the factory sealing was sufficient and they would be water tight. It was a nightmare. I had to pay a great deal of money to have someone seal every window after they were installed in a second-story addition.Update: Now the wood frame on most of the windows I purchased is so rotten it is spongy to the touch. It will have to be replaced. This place is a rip-off. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

He charged my mother $1,600 for a slab of wood and glass that isn’t even painted, no door knob nothing, they don’t even install it. On top of that it was the wrong glass for the door, when my mom tried to call him and let him know it wasn’t the glass she chose he didn’t pick up the phone. She had me call him, he called us liars, and hung up in my face. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, dissatisfied doesn’t even cover our experience with this company.
