The people in store are amazing and kept the process simple. Wish the store was bigger, kept having to walk the perimeter of the store because the lack of room to get past another customer in some areas. Definitely wouldn’t keep me from coming back.

Good store. Great service. But I went in yesterday to buy a new Motorcycle jacket. A white one to match my bike. Found the one I wanted, only large size left. Went to check out and saw it was stained. So I had to get an extra large.

I had a really great experience at the Cycle Gear store in Baton Rouge!!! The store was extremely well stocked, employees were very friendly AND knowledgeable. Also, the item I purchased were well priced and of very good quality. This store is now my go to, even before the online stores.

My wife and I are senior newly reborn cycle riders who stopped in for riding gear.They were so friendly & knowledgeable.I told them what we wanted. So they ask us guestions of what type of riding we do & plan to do. Then they made suggestions.So we got some portable saddle bags & headgear for communication.We purchased Cardo4+ that they installed & quickly set them up for us. We gave them a test. They werent very loud and had some static. They adjusted mike & ear speakers closer to our mouth & ears which took care of the problem.My wife & I will stop by when we are in baton rouge to say hi or for riding gear which they have a good selection.

Awesome place, they were able to mount my new tire onto my wheel in about 20 minutes, and customer service was excellent. I also ordered my tire from them and it got to my doorstep in about 2 -3 days, so very fast shipping as well.

Cycle gear is awesome! The assistants are usually available and very willing to help. I hardly ever have to wait for items to be shipped, but when I do it doesn’t take long. I wish they had a full service shop but I always take my tires to get changed there

Customer service was good once we got someone to help us. We were there for 15 minutes looking at helmets and had to go ask someone to help us. They were on their cell phone!! But when we finally got help it was good. Sales knew the product and was able to answer questions.

I was impressed with Cycle Gear’s ability to meet my needs concerning my wheels on my Harley Davidson Tri-Glide. They dismounted my tires from the rims for nothing. I sent my rims out to het chromed. Upon their return, I went back to Cycle Gear to have the tires mounted and balanced. They did a professional job without incident. Not many businesses like to service chromed rims, afraid of damaging the chrome. Cycle Gear did not hesitate to meet my needs. I highly recommend doing business with Cycle Gear! They will treat you right.

Cain in particular was extremely helpful im not extremely knowledgeable about bikes i bought my first one a couple months ago and im still learning, but he was more than helpful and willing to help me out and take a good amount of time to talk and walk me through many things I had questions about with an extremely good attitude thank you so much.

Ive spent thousands of dollars in this store over the years. They lost a customer for life today. Half the people in the store where not wearing mask. I was singled out and told I had to put on a mask when no one else was told to. Goodbye cycle gear, I nor my friends and family will shop here again. Whats comical is the guy that was telling me to wear one had his nose hanging out the mask. Rude employees with no customer loyalty.

Excellent staff and services bought tubes and installed my self staff balanced them for free and purchased a battery maintainer for my motorcycle unfortunately it did not work returned to the store and the verified it did not work .. they pulled one off of the shelf it too was defective. Will out question the hot the next size larger as there was no more of the same ones upon checking the larger one and verifying that it was working they upgraded the maintainer to the larger (yet more expensive) one free of charge... Needless to say I am very pleased with the services rendered by the staff at this places kudos to the staff...

Very disappointed. Went in and was quickly told we close in 5 minutes as he counted down the draw with another customer in the store. We got the 3 things we came for 49.99 and he didnt have change for a 100! Asked if we had a card it would be quicker. If I wanted to use a card I would have given it to him first. Well want be going back.

Great place very friendly service theres a lot to choose from there some things are expensive and some things arent too bad depending on what youre looking for. They also have a bike night if they put on but it has kind of been a joke the last couple of times we went through it. Maybe when the weather changes they may get more who knows

I dont know how other cycle gears are but I know this is a good one. The guys and gals are great and most importantly, they ride. Theyre out and about with us and its great to have friends that work in this type of business.

I wasnt sure if this place was only for street bikes or if they also carried items for dirt bikes. My ex wife bought a dirt bike for my two teenage sons for Christmas so I went there to see if I could buy some helmets and gloves and things like that so that when they crash the dirt bike they wont get all skint up or hurt real bad. I ended up finding everything that I needed and the sales guy was very helpful in helping me determine what was right for my two boys. I highly recommend this place for dirt bike accessories as well as street bike stuff. I was even able to get some inner tubes for their motorcycle tires at this place as well.

Only have good things to say about this store and the people that work there. Called to see how much it was to have a tire balanced, Will said bring it in, well hook you up. They balanced my front wheel at no cost even though they didnt mount the tire! Went in to get an oil change for my previous bike, and even though I wasnt in the market for a new helmet just yet, they helped me, showed me the helmets they recommend and liked in my price range, and let me try on a bunch of different helmets to see what i liked and so id know what size i needed when I was ready. Check out their bike night, every second Tuesday of the month.

I went to Harley Davidson and bought a pair of gloves for $45. After a week they started. Coming apart so I brought them back. Their warranty lady had left for the day and they told me to leave them their and they would call me the next day. Never got that call. Long story short after a month they finally replaced them. With cycle gear everything was great. Low prices, great customer service. I bought a vest and it was to big so I brought it back to exchange it and it was a no hassle process. Simply brought it in and walked out with the other. Love this store
