Would give negative stars if possible. First off the place stunk of weed, secondly they refused us service even though we had a reservation. We were told we could have our debit card on file with them and pay cash up front. They refused our cash payment because were local and not going one way with the U-Haul vehicle. Initially they said they dont accept cash, then they changed their tune and said they accept cash if were not local and going one way. Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Horrible service or lack of service.

Great help but too late, need to be sure that the trailer will work for what you are hauling.

Whoa Im glad this popped up not good service if you place reservation check time and date before leaving you may come back the next day or three and find out you missed out of the truck theyve messed up on my reservation picking up truck three times different months

Needed a uhaul truck immediately, found one not too far from my house, reserved online, went in store and paid, and signed paperwork, was on my way, less then 30 mins.
