I bought my first high-end BBQ grill from Casual Creations in 1997. Over a period of 13 years, when the grill needed minor repairs or replacement parts, Ricky or Danny would order the parts and come to my house to repair my grill. I was so impressed at their service and their pleasant and dedicated manor of taking care of their customers,that in May of 2010, I asked them to handle a special order for me, for a larger Napoleon Grill ordered out of Canada. They since have begun to carry the Napoleon Grills. I could have gotten this grill online or from another grill store. However, I persuaded them to keep me as a very satisfied customer and to order the grill for me and to service it over the many years that I plan on using it. They are among a few Baton Rouge stores that still stand behind their products, and that offers outstanding and timely service. Was shopping for outdoor furniture and needed quite a few pieces. A salesman came out to help me and I asked did he have any that wasn’t as expensive as what he showed me. He looked at me and then turned and walked away and left me standing in the furniture section and never returned! I went down the street and bought everything I needed! He missed a 5,000.00 sale!
