Great customer service at this location, called in an order and picked up within an hour, and carried out to my vehice.

Sometimes you get good attention if you go directly with Becky or if you’re lucky and they’re in a good mood, they’re usually rude and they’re all in bad mood most of the time, I’ve been in the painting business for 4 years and sometimes they will even yell at my guys and be really rude at me, products are great but customer attention is terrible, Sherwin Williams is beating them because of the attention they give to their customers, even though they’re products aren’t the best attention is great.I wish Harrison paint could take the time to educate and teach their personnel to serve the customer in a different and better way.

Great information and service. Curbside service only, call ahead and they will give you a time for pickup. I will use them again.

Rude, Rude, Rude!Been a customer for years, trying to finish a paint project. Walked in on saturday morning to buy 2 more gallons to finish the job and the employee told me that he would not mix anymore paint for me! What?! I thought he was joking......nope. Not joking. He explained that he wasnt going to mix more paint because I was not painting the whole wall, I was just painting the drywall patches. I couldnt believe it, I was shocked.I talked with the manager and she just made excuses for the guy and said that sometimes he gets a little cocky.

I have used Harrison Paint Co, for more than thirty years.They have always been courteous, friendly and helpful.Although there are other stores that are much closer, I use Harrison because of the excellence of the product, and the knowledge of the staff.

Simply the best paint, with great people resources to back it up. Dont buy your paint anywhere else!

Store closed at 1 pm. I walked up at 12:55. Door is locked. Employees are watching me through the glass door. They ignore me, then leave as Im standing there - never acknowledge my presence. There were 3 employees who did this.

A one stop paint store. Brushes, rollers, sprayers, caulking and equipment, putty, spackling, sandpaper and sanding sponges, Benjamin Moore interior/exterior paints, floor paints/varnishes, specialty finishes and products, faux finish products, drop clothes, ladders, stilts, etc., etc. Expert, friendly staff.

I am having a bathroom remodeled by a contractor and they use this company for paint and stain. The contractor was running behind on tile and asked if I could go pick up the board stain samples he had left at this store for our cabinet stain samples. I did so and worked with Arron. My experience was very unpleasant. Arron first said he tried to call but never got in touch with anyone, so was not finished with the samples. I asked to see them anyway, so he showed them to me but none were dark enough. When I asked about minwax stains he said they were getting out of selling that product and declined to give me a sample color card for them.I took the samples he finished while I was there home and discussed with the contractor. The next morning I took the samples back to Harrisons asking them to add a few other stain colors to the back of the solid pieces and to put a 2nd coat on two others,and said I would be back around 2pm to pick them up. When I got there at 2, Aaron was not there and the samples were sitting on the counter with nothing done to them. The lady that helped me this time said Aaron was not there, and she could not put a 2nd coat on the samples because there was a finished applied. She did do the 2 additional stain colors while I waited.Based on these two experiences, I will not give any more business to this company, and will ask my contractor to use some other vendor for the rest of our project. I could get better service from a big box store and be happier with the result. It was all a waste of my time and money.

When I was a fulltime interior designer, this was my go to place for paint and color matching.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. terrible service and extremely rude. would never recommend this place to anyone. go anywhere but here.
