The guys here were awesome and were able to answer all of my questions. The shop is small, but they are willing and able to order anything you need. The turn around for the motorcycle parts we ordered is supposed to be very quick, so I am very excited for them to arrive.

Great service and about the prices youd expect for a small local repair place. I have had oil changes done, fluids changed, batteries changed multiple times, a rear tire, and now a front tire. Ive been pleased with them each time I go.

JT Cycle has made me some very good deals on motorcycles and quads in the past. I have also had good experiences with their service department. Their pricing has been competitive for accessories and replacement parts. The employees, that I have dealt with, have been friendly and helpful. If they dont have what you are looking for in stock, they can usually order it for you at a reasonable cost.

I purchased a new FC450 earlier this year. Not only did I get a great deal, but the sales and service teams went out of their way to ensure the bike was ready for delivery during the short window I had for pickup. Service stayed late the day before to start prepping the bike and sales made sure the financing was submitted even after the shop had closed for the day. The paperwork was all ready for me to sign when I arrived and they went over all the features and details of the bike while the paperwork was being processed. The bike was loaded into my truck and I was on the road in under an hour.

Great visit and very helpful. Bought a bike from them for a fair price, very good service took their time explaining the bike, options and were paitent as I went in and out several times looking at the bike before buying. David was honest, upfront and not pushy at all. Highly recommend.

I have not been with JT for that long but I would be proud to stay with them. The shop is excellent, the people are excellent. What else can you ask for? The care an time they put into every individual definitely shows. I would recommend this historical Michigan shop to anyone. Even if they dont live in the same town. Its worth the drive for JT Cycle. Theyre just great.

I have been a customer of the JT for many years. I started coming here when I first got into nitro R/C trucks. They did a great job and helped me a lot so when I bought my first bike I instinctively brought her here all the way from Kalamazoo. Well, I was a little disappointed in the overall service. I had them rebuild the front fork on my bike and they did a good job, exactly as I asked and on budget. However, They quoted me about 3 days and it took 6 (which is tough when arranging a ride), there is a slight overall depressing feeling in the store and the mechanic didnt take care to clean the area of work when he was done (grease all over my fork and dash of my upper faring). That is just sloppy in my mind and made it look as if the job was rushed which doesnt make me feel good at 100MPH+.And Im no pencil pusher. Ive been a mechanic so I can recognize where they did a good job and where they slacked. I dont think I will go to the trouble of making a special trip to use their service again.Thank you for taking the time to hear my opinion and dont take me for exact fact; do call them because they do have some very knowledgeable guys in there.

I lived in Battle Creek frpm 79-95. I was a member of the BC Balsa Bees. Jerry was the only RC shop around. He was mainly a Motorcycle shop and new to ATVs. But he qalways helped us. I have no idea how the shop is now, but Jerry was a great guy, helped us out, and bought things as we needed them. I am glad to hear that he is still around.
