Baily Park auto service has provided excellent service for my vehicles for over 20 years. Just recently in June I made the trip from Bellevue, Michigan to La Pine, Oregon. The service team checked out everything on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee before the trip. The trip was good and all I had to do drive and fill with gas. I was visiting from out of town and had a problem with my car. I was referred to them and called and although they didn’t service my type of import, Andy said to come in and he’d look at it for me. They saved me wasting money on a transmission. Unfortunately had to scrap the car, but Im very glad they didnt charge me to diagnose the issue. Better to lose an old car than to spend money to lose an old car. Very honest shop.

Replaced a lot of front end suspension parts myself and took the car in for an alignment. On my drive in the car was still clunking around so I asked the guys at Bailey park auto to check into it. With the alignment they also tightened a few bolts I missed and informed me of another part that needs to be replaced. I couldn’t afford for them to fix the bad sway bar bushing, but I wasn’t charged any extra for the time they spent looking over my car and the alignment was finished in a few hours. They also seemed very understanding of being in the position of having to do your own maintenance. Will absolutely recommend Bailey Park auto

Had a breakdown of my little SUV (Ford Escape) on I-94 last Friday, on my way back to the Metro Detroit area. I called before having the truck towed and they were waiting for me when I got there. They were short handed on Friday, but still gave me their undivided attention to put my fears to rest. Had no idea why my truck broke down, but they figured it out right away. One of my coils/plugs at blew and they ordered a new one and installed it within an hour!Man, I was so worried, but they were so kind and professional. I would easily take my vehicle from Detroit to Battle Creek for ANY and ALL repairs to Baileys. They didnt try to take advantage of me or anything. What a relief to find them. I used to live in Battle Creek a couple of years ago, and never knew they were there. So glad I finally found them.People, go here -- you wont regret it :D

Great service, friendly people, and trustworthy. The clutch in my car stopped working and they were able to pinpoint the problem, fix it, and put me back on the road in under two days. It has been a couple weeks since then and everything is still in great shape. Definitely will return to Bailey Park Auto for any future car issues.

Called same day first thing in am to see if they could get vehicle in. Without question they said sure not a problem. Dropped vehicle off late morning and by closing time my vehicle was back on the road. Thank you for your help it was much appreciated.

I took my car there a few weeks ago for oil change, tires rotten, and brake inspection. They noticed that my passenger wheel bearings were bad. I brought it back and they found the sway bar was bad too. They fixed everything quickly using my warranty. Then this last weekend my car just died. I got it towed to them with a heads up because of the thanksgiving holiday they might not get to it until mid next week. They squeezed it in the next morning. It was my battery. They charged me less than if I went to the auto parts store and bought one myself. Thank you guys so much.

Honest and fair. You dont get a runaround, just the facts and options for fixing your car right. I dont go to any other car repair shop.

Good shop, they have always been fair and their work was good. Best to call ahead as they can be busy, you may need an appointment.I have had only one problem, they couldnt/wouldnt do the brakes on our Prius. There are some caveats to doing brakes on a Prius, but took it to another local shop and they had no problems.

I have been using Bailey Park Automotive for the past 20+ years. Andy, Brian, and his employees are truthful, honest, and do excellent work. I trust them with my life and that of my family. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I gave this place 2 chance and couldnt have had a worse experience.Long story short they changed me 50 dollars to tell me I had a coolant leak but they didnt know what was wrong with it, told me I had things wrong with my car that I knew couldnt be true, and later I had it inspected by 2 different places that both said what I was being told over there wasnt true, the staff had an attitude like they didnt care to do a good job and on top of that after they saw a review I left they called me at the health center I work at without permission, I never even gave them the number there! This is a typical car place, they see a girl in her 20s, new to town, alone and think they can take advantage.

Hands down my place to bring any car. Started going here 13 years ago with my very first car and I still make the trip back from Grand Rapids when I need work done.
