I absolutely love this store. Of the 3 hobby stores in the area, this one seems like the one that offers the most to crafters like me. I can usually find everything I need for any crafting project I have. Their app offers some really great deals so you can usually get their stuff pretty cheap, too. I would definitely recommend shopping here for all of your crafting needs.

Very disappointed. Many young employees that obviously have not had proper training. Took my grandson to pick out Mickey fleece for a simple tie blanket. I probably should have paid more attention, but when I got fabric home -it was maybe 12 inches wide and very long, took it back for the clerk to roll eyes and tell me “that’s the way we do it” got a refund and will shop elsewhere

Hehe, this place is like my wonderland. I could spend hours looking at all the fabric they have in stock. I like to look at all their sewing machines like I do birds at Petco. I could truly blow my whole paycheck in here

I practically live here. They have great coupons and sales. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some are more reliable than others when you ask advice, but they try. They are open on Sundays which is nice. Their new location is way way better than the last one. The store is fairly large with a good selection.

The store carries a wide selection of products, although they did not carry what I stopped in to purchase. Their pricing is fair on many items, but somewhat high on others, especially some of the fabrics. This was reflected in the products I was shopping for, so it may not be the same for the particular items you are looking to buy. Probably one of the best selections of sewing items in the Battle Creek area.

I just HATE being called honey, sweetie and sugar by strangers. Plain and simple.I wont buy more product just because a perfect stranger at the point of sale is calling me by overtly affectionate terms of endearment. It is JUST A Small purchase and nothing else is expected to be exchanged!Get some professional development or go get Virtus Training and learn why and how that is SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND CREEPY if you want to be a positive addition to the store.

This store has always been clean and with my wife has the chance to come in here she finds it a great help and Ive never heard her say anything about not getting what she wanted there. Furthermore when me and the boys are with her all the employees always seem to get a kick out of my kids being there even though theyre not on their best behavior most times. But anyhow its a refreshing Pace against Michaels, I do enjoy coming here when my wife makes me go. Has the feel of a small homie store. I have really great experiences with Joann and I buy from here often, but I just had an awful experience with the Battle Creek, Michigan location.The solid fabric that was on sale was in the wrong location, so when the lady cut it it ended up being $71 instead of $12No problem, I just asked to switch it for the one on sale, but then the lady lied straight to me and my fiancés face, saying she already told us it was $11 a yard...We bought the end of the bolt but she didnt give the discount for the last yard she was supposed to.Then the lady at the counter was playing on her phone, she was super rude.I went to show her my rewards and she shoved my phone away saying your stuff is already on saleI had to explain it was my rewards on my app and she rolled her eyes and said yeah, fineShe acted impatient and treated me and my purchase like garbage.I am very hurt being as I purchase from here all the time and have always been kind to the employees and thanking them when my questions are answered.

This is a great store, if you are interested in arts and crafts. They do not have the best prices, as you can go to Meijer, the Dollar Store, Target & specially Hobby Lobby to get better prices. What I mean by that is that Hobby Lobby has a one day coupon that gives you 40 percent off any item. This coupon is renewed daily. So it is basically more convenient. Over all the store is really clean, but I have been there several times and I was not approached by none of the workers, when it was pretty clear that I was looking for something. So I think the service is not great, as I had to approach someone to finally ask, and unfortunately she did not have any idea of the product I was talking about. I have bought here products for the house as they do have a diverse variety of stuff for sseasonal celebrations, for example I bought my mom a lovely throw blanket, in the color orange that it is now in my moms living room. She loved it. Another issue I have is that, I registered for coupons with my adress and never received them, I tried signing up again and they did not appear on my mail either. So it is a little bit frustrating to have all this little stuff going on in the store. I would recommend this store if you already know what you are looking for. Another good thing about the store is their decorations, especially their fall and Halloween ones. My last issue but the MOST important one is that I was in line and I was not being attended as the workers were literally just talking, having a great time while I was waiting in line, so that is something that it is necessary to be improved.

Definitely one of the smaller stores, with limited selections on certain things. The couple of items I was looking for, neither of the two workers really knew if they carried what I was looking for or where it would be... but at least they were kind. (Could have been temporary Christmas staff too)

II went into the store To get fleecewhich was supposed to be 70% off it was marked 50% off and I tried to get help and everyone said oh I dont know why its marked like that but no one would help me when it clearly stated in the ad that it was supposed to be 70% off today, Needless to say I did not Get my fleece and I did not get any help. Today was not a good experience at all.
