I love this Sallys better than the one in Kalamazoo on Drake. The lady there was so nice and actually convinced me to keep my color. She gave me space to shop and answered my questions. At the Sallys on Drake the gurl there got on my nerves following me and hovering me through the store. I got annoyed that I didnt even finish shopping and she did it a couple of times I went there. I hesitate going everytime, but now that I found this one in Battle Creek Ill definitely travel and go to this one.

The employees are always really nice and helpful. They were out of my arctic fox color but that wasnt their fault. Lots of things are out of stores due to the virus.

Different experiences with 3 different employees. First person new some of what i want to do with my hair as far as taking out the color. Went back in because the extractor didnt take out all the color. This person had her eyes half open and kept yawning. Didnt work with me to find out what exactly i want to do. The third person was the best help. Talked over the phone with him. He was very helpful. Good luck

I went in to the store with my little sister and Im 12. The cashier asked if I was alone and then watched me walk through the store. I left after a 1 minute of being there because I felt disrespected and stereo typed, assuming that I was going to steal something. They lost my purchase and I dont plan on going back in there alone. If I ever go back in there I will probably bring my mom after how I was respected today.

Very rude staff. I asked for an opinion and one staff member was a little sarcastic. She asked me a question and I was in the middle of answering her question when the manager, Jay looked very disgusted with me. He interrupted me and abruptly said, Are you ready to listen? I was really quite dumbfounded that he did this because I was answering a question asked by his other staff member. I guess if you have any questions save it for Google and avoid the headache. I will say, I have been a customer of Sallys since the mid-90s and have never had issue until now. I dont really know how I offended the manager when I was answering a question asked by his other staff member. Hope corporate does a follow up. I didnt deserve that.

My girlfriend went to the store and the store manager told her do you want to open your hand so I can put the money in your hand Rude and something needs to change. Not coming back, dissatisfied with the treatment of this guy.

Rudest store manager ever. I went to return something and as he handed me cash back he said in a sarcastic tone do you want to open your hand so I can put the change in your hand I will never come back until something is changed or corrected. Im extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the treatment.

Went into today with my ma an the gal that work there this morning was very sweet an helpful .. Better sales ga😳l !!! than we have had before when weve been in there .. Those sales ppl were rude an not helpful it was a gal an a guy in there before were Rude!!

Store Manager wasn’t interested in helping anyone! Told me that if I needed help to ask. I asked, he replied I don’t know what to tell you!! Very embarrassing in front of my 2 granddaughters.
