Very nice and friendly service. The employee was very welcoming. She was informative on each question we had. First time I ever went to inquire on a different provider than my usual phone provider in years. I will say it was a quick, peaceful experience that went extremely smoother than I anticipated, lol. Having trouble making payment on line, site still froze from May. Called the store late afternoon to find out how to make payment, the guy blew me off. Was told only way to pay was at their store. Explained I didnt live in town and was disabled and couldnt get there. Asked if I could make one over the phone was told NO, and was hung up on. He wasnt talking very clear, hard to understand him. I feel lime switching to different company if its how a person gets treated.

This is a great store. The staff is amazing and always there to help. Its clean and well kept. The service is good and they always have good deals on phones.

They are very knowledgeable of new phones and all the features that go along with them. They do sell iphones and a variety of accessories to go with most of what they sell. They are open 7 days a week. I used to use Sprint and switched due to poor customer service.

Was just at this location n the amazing employee Keira treated us as customers how we should be treated. If their was an option for 10 🌟 I would have chose that for her. Keep up ur hard dedicated work n customer service u provide to all the metro by TMobile customers. Thank you for your quickness n professionalism. Very multi tasked. I switched from Boost and love metro i had metro 5 years ago an loved it. So happy i got my fiance to switch back he is happy with it better than boost

How are you not going to be open on the timea that are posted. I come to the store 5 mk utes after it should be open and its not open and no employees in sight.

The manager of the store hired my girlfriend. The whole time he was doing the interview with her he was nodding out. She called the store to figure out if she was hired or not a few days later and the manager said Im gonna go get some narcotics before doing his whole thank you for calling metro bullcrap. He told her to come in today for her first day(Friday 8/26) and he told her I didnt hire anyone. If someone treats new hires this bad I doubt they give two craps about their customers. The only thing this guy is worried about is getting more drugs.
