Worst customer service. Called 4 times and no call back. The woman answering the phone is not friendly and not helpful.

Dr. Bruce Christensen, O.D. is going into Retirement soon so Congratulations. 99.98% of the Good Staff Members are No Longer working Here. A Staff Member Knew I was coming to Pick up gave my Glasses. They aslo Knew I was waiting for another Family member to come in and we would all come together. My Brother picked His up and they went ahead gave my Glasses to my Brother To give to Me. I CANT WEAR THEM. I NEED TO GO BACK AND GET THEM ADJUSTED. Its like a special day that gets ruined lol.. Im over it a little bit . But still I got get my glasses ADJUSTED . But Im waiting for another Family member

Went here for my first eye exam as an adult recently and I was very impressed with their service. Dr. Christiensen and the whole staff that work there are extremely nice and helpful and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire exam process. Definitely the office me and my family will be going to from here on out!

I have been a patient here for a couple of years now, and have always had a positive experience. Staff are friendly and experienced. They create a personal and caring experience for each patient. In looking at some of the one star ratings, I want to mention that my boyfriend had gone to two different places to order glasses, and both took over a month to get his glasses in. Americas Best and Sam’s Club. That seems to be the standard with COVID times. I appreciate the Dr. giving me a few sample pairs of contacts to try out to make sure I like the fit and feel before ordering.

The staff is the absolutely friendly all around, and extremely helpful. Both my husband and I go here, both different doctors at the practice and BOY are they all amazing. They answered every question, and explained everything in complete detail. All around a great experience and now I don’t feel ‘meh’ about going to the eye doctor

Took me last minute after Americas best gave me the run around. This place was awesome the staff was cool, my Dr. Was cool we joked around a bit. The young lady that runs the floor help me find new frames in a few minutes. Really awesome service. Highly recommended.

Dr. Hilliis is amazing. My 6 year old is stubborn, has speech apraxia and some motor skill issues as in not liking his eyes checked, hair cut, potty train. Etc..I was immediately impressed when she got on the floor with him trying to get him to cooperate.. although she wasnt comfortable getting a good read bc he wouldnt look up, she is prepared a plan for us to come back and ease our way into the examination.. I would recommend Dr. HILLIS to anyone looking for child eye care.

Over heard staff that Dr. Bruce Christensen, O.D. is getting ready for retirement. Hopefully my appointment in June 2021 He will be the one to do my eyes if Not might consider a new Dr. Only 2-3 Staff members i really like. Been seeing Dr. Christensen since 2001.

Wait til covid is over!!! Very nice people but with having to wear mask and do the eye exam just fogging up the entire time made it im sure impossible for the Dr. To get a correct reading on my eyes probably why glasses dont work well. My appointment was 12/08/20 waited and waited for a call about getting glasses finally on 1/25/21 i called and they were ready i had to pick up at the door they handed them out the door to me in case no help with adjusting them and when i got home noticed right temple was not the same as left side clearly a defect from factory. Got an appointment to have them looked at and rushed to just tell me its normal. Im sure the place is better it has to be when its not covid times.

Ive been going here for years Tess does such an amazing job with helping you picking out frames. Dr. C is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I value his opinion very much, and I dont trust anyone else with my eye care.

Theyre so friendly and professional. I had never been to an eye doctor before. They made me feel at ease, and got me all set up with some pretty glasses. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me in relatively quickly. The appointment went very smoothly. 😁

Vision Service plus provided superior customer service in a time of great need and during a pandemic for my Son, who needed a vision test ASAP for the military.I called and talked to Tammy and she worked very politely and professionally to meet our needs. Thank you Tammy and Dr. Christensen for making it happen for us. We will see you again for sure.

Everytime my fiance comes here she has a problem. They either order the wrong the prescription, break her frames, or completely ruin the lenses with no other solution other than Oops sorry well order you a replacement. That doesnt help someone see when you completely ruin someones glasses that they need to see to function

Very professional the Dr.was very good did a full exam. I have been to places where they charge extra for the glocoma exam. The girl you see Jordan to get your glasses is very bubbly and out going. I was not going to buy my glasses there she changed my mind. They ate a expensive on there glasses. Thank God for good insurance.

This was the WORST OPTICAL experience in EVER THEY are at very least incompetent Husband went to replace old contact Rx THREE MONTHS LATER he STILL had no correctly fitting Rx and then upon switching doctors found out he now has scar tissue on one eye caused by the poorly fitting lens. They then had nerve to try and CHARGE him AGAIN to be seen for this. Tried blaming the months of waiting and refits on COVID 19 and to ice the cake the office manager was RUDE about their inability to do the job. I would NEVER recommend anyone using them!!

Very good experience each time my appointment there is. Also this year once again my Insurance company afford me some glasses that i can afford with thier company because last year I lost the two pair Id purchased. Smh. Yes lol Id lost two pair less then a month.

It took over a month to receive my glasses and they wouldnt help fit them after i received them. The dr said they would the office lady said they couldnt. Dont know why. Other people are able to take precautions. Why not this ofiice??

I was a patient first of Dr. Nickerson for years and subsequently Dr. Christensen. Even though I moved out of state four years ago, I continue to order my contact lenses through Vision Services after my annual eye exam in another state. Each year the staff at Vision Services has been so kind and accommodating in helping me place my order and shipping it directly to me. I cannot say enough about the kindness and extra-mile assistance I have received. The person who assisted me this year even went so far as to mail me, separately, free samples of a new contact lens brand to try. I am grateful for their assistance and professionalism. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing eye care.

Took over a month to receive glasses. Was told the order was sent to the wrong lab and had to be rerouted. When glasses final came in, they were the wrong prescription. Told to come in and let us check them out. Then when we got there, well, we had to be scheduled to see the doctor again. Another weeks wait. After seeing the doctor the 2nd time, was told they would reorder and put a rush on the order. That was over 2 weeks ago. Called today and was told they would be shipped in a day or 2. Not a very good experience

Great staff, treated very well! Doc was knowledgeable and found that my current prescription needed tweaking, and this is what is causing my headaches!

Ive been going to Dr. Christensen for years. I love how he is so kind and patient. Ive had a bad experience in the past with another eye doctor and swore I would never see anyone other than Dr. Christenson. However, when it came time for my new contact eye exam, Dr. Merwin could see me sooner and I was in a hurry. This was my first time trying a multi-focal lens. Dr. Merwin was amazing. She was so patient and took extra time to answer all of my questions. I went from wearing contacts for distance plus wearing reading glasses to see up close. Now my vision is 20/20 again. Im so thankful and more than please with my experience!!!

If I had seen Dr Christensen I have a feeling things could have gone better. I got the female... Dr Emily? She basically yelled at me for the way I wore my contacts. This office is very pushy. They forget to enter my second appt so I was glad I had my card to prove I had one.I ended up going back to my eye regular eye Dr and paying out of pocket not to get treated poorly.

My family has been using Vision Services for the past 20 years. Weve purchased eyeglasses, contacts, and had yearly exams. Dr. Christenson is excellent (5 stars), extremely caring, and attentive to patients; however, trying to order prescription glasses can be challenge and half. In addition, there are numerous billing issues on a regular basis. For the first time since I started going there, Im ordering my eye glasses from a different vendor. I feel sad about this, but I dont know what else to do?

He is a patient in one of the Muskegon offices. Im very sorry for your dissatisfaction and experience in this office. Had a wonderful experience at vision services, staff were all polite and doctor did a complete exam, they are all very caring, so glad I went there and my family and I will continue to do so! .

Just had a exam done acouple of days ago everyone was great.

This place is a JOKE!Nothing but giving me the run around. ...almost 90 days later I go to see if my glasses are done yet and she said they lost my order. TWO MORE WEEKS she said.I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN

My 3 sons and I have been with Dr. Christianson for 30 years. He has done so much for us from glasses, to contacts, to eye strengthening for my twins. We have always been treated with respect. I am so thankful to Dr. Christianson
