Great place. Very tight parking, would be better if people backed all the way up instead of having the entire front end of there truck out of the spot. The employees are nice and polite, the showers are small but clean and effective.

Easy access on and off the interstate. Decent amount of parking. Good selection of fast food and ready to eat deli/hot counter goodies. Facility appears clean and well maintained.

Good truck stop, the only reason I put four ⭐️ is because at night this place is not lit up, they have pole lights but they are not working, and makes it hard to park, and plus they closed at night, that’s the first pilot that I’ve been to that is closed at night, even the pilot sign is shut down, however they work during the day 👍🏼.

Great truck stop, hard workers and have to give them credit with all the lazy truckers they deal with.. parking in the fire lane, parking infront of the CAT Scale, lazy truckers that park at the fuel pumps walk inside and dont even get fuel...

Most shower reviews were about showers not working but that wasnt the case today. 5 working showers . Very nice shower attendant tonight. Wish they had a( $wipe for Tip option )on the App or at the shower door pin pad.for those drivers who dont carry or touch cash anymore. These guys deserve tips for their work.

Horrible. No fountain cups. No creamers. Open milk bottle on the counter not iced down. Trucks backed up in the road. McDonalds line not even worth it. Wasted so much time just for a scale ticket.

I love Pilots but this one seemed to be falling behind and it didnt even seem that busy. We only encountered 1 cashier and she was exceptionally nice.Our first issue was the gas pump - it was super slow. It literally took like 10 min to pump 19 gallons and then the automatic shutoff didnt work. Gas went everywhere before I could turn it off. When we complained, we were told the maintenance person on staff supposedly already looked at it...The restrooms were in the usual good shape.The 2nd issue was the soda fountain. If youre not familiar with Pilot, this is one of their best features - tons of flavors of soft drinks, fruit flavored addins, and your choice of ice chips or crushed ice (winner, winner). They even have foam cups to keep em extra cold! On this sunday, they had signs up indicating some sodas were out and as I found out so were some that werent marked as well. I ended up just buying a cup of crushed ice and drank a 2L Id already bought.So a disappointing trip but it wont keep us from stopping there due to all the 5* visits.

We took a shower at this pilot truck stop. It was a long wait, cause it was busy. But it was worth the wait. The attendant who was responsible for cleaning the showers, left a hand written note in the shower on top of the towels (see pictures)Very very nice personal touch, what made me and my husband smile. An absolute unusual appreciation from somebody who does his work with love. Thank you so much

Overall the shower experience was good. The water was hot, good water pressure, and the security lock on door wasnt broken as it is in many truck stops. And I thought it would be better with an extra body towel as mentioned in note on door. Apparently they do not normally provide a body towel because the extra left me with a total of one. And the corner of that towel was wet as if it had been dipped in a bucket. (Hopefully not the toilet)

Must say, was doing laundry and the drivers lounge was closed. I was standing in the laundry area waiting for mine to get done. A nice man, who works here brought me a folding chair, set it up. A kind act👍👍. Thanks

I’m a local driver and this is normally the only truck stop I can go to and at least 2-3 times a week the showers are closed because they can’t ever get enough people working at night! And the ones who are there are always working so hard feel bad for them honestly but it’s upsetting to not be able to shower when I am able!

Definitely the average run-of-the-mill pilot truck stop. Staff very friendly and its also very nice to see this when you come back out to your truck from making your stop inside.

I always try to stop at the pilot or another travel center when I travel, which is very often. The gas is always very well priced, usually cheaper than surrounding stations and always well kept and clean restrooms. They also offer a large selection of drinks and snacks and this one had a McDonald’s attached so it was very convenient.

Food offerings are lame.

The pilot was good. Pretty clean. Friendly employees. Too bad the showers are down until further notice. Good coffee. Just any normal pilot.The McDonalds was also good. I got a new favorite place to get a chocolate shake. Its very chocolaty. Food was fresh and hot. Employees were friendly. Clean restaurant. The only negative is that if you order your food special at this McDonalds make sure you check your food before you leave. Me and my wife got our food to go and she ordered hers with no pickles and almost 200 miles down the road when she finally opened her food it looked like they put extra pickles on it. But overall I was happy with the experience. I will return again if Im in the area again.

This is my secret get-away place. Easy on/off highway. Wonderful location, choice of McDonald’s and Pilot snack grill foods. I spend 2 - 3 days here working on my computer and sleeping in my camper a few times a year. Great service. As an option there is a TA across the road. Showers are expensive which earns this Pilot 4 instead of 5 stars.

Everything is good except not enough free parking space most are reserved parking

Bad location and planning. One beginner backing up blocked the whole truck stop out onto the roadway and the TA across the street. No hot food other than McDonalds. Avoid at busy times.

So pilot is fine it’s the McDonald’s that is always slow no matter what and I mean slow I just walked around the store waited in line paid and my food still was not ready

Fuel quality is very bad, got my fuel filters clogged at just 23000 miles after service!!!!

They were able to get you in and out quickly.

This is a nice truck stop. I stopped here when I was traveling one day. They have lots of items that you would need while traveling as well as the normal items that you would find at your gas station / convenience store. The employer that work the cashier was very friendly and helpful. The store and rest rooms were very clean.

Im a regular customer here. Location is right by my regular exit on/off the highway. Its a truck stop so the convenience store has a ton of items to choose from... my kids frequent here often for snacks.

One of the greatest joys of a trucker, (well mine aways) is being able to take a hot shower daily. But this place has poor water pressure and lukewarm water. It was good for the purpose of a shower, but an enjoyable experience no. The facility was cleaned and well maintained so no complaints there. One thumb up, one down.

Clean and well maintained. Well-stocked with all the items they carry. Ample pumps for both cars and semis. Only reason for not giving 5 stars, could have used one more cashier on the day I was in.

Interesting store. You can play the manager a game of chess. Everything was clean too.

Went in for a coffee, and a peppermint mocha. Despite being on every door they have that they had the syrup, they were out. When I asked about it, the young lady behind the counter was a bit snippy

Parked my bobtail ordered online pulled my truck up to fuel isle to get the food walked in they had it waiting on me i couldnt believe how fast they were. Im sure the guy waiting behind me was thankful they were so fast! Less than 5 minutes unbelievable!!

I love that the cleaning staff took the time to write a note and cleaned the shower room spotless!

No respect for Veterans or Truck drivers at the Mc Donald’s whom have a medical condition and can’t wear a face mask that is useless in preventing even the smell of a fart . So I was refused service no breakfast.

This is now in my top 10 truck stops in the country. This store has some real personality to it, the staff are friendly. McDonalds is terrible for you and you shouldnt eat it, but when you do.. it helps when its GOOD at least, best Mc’yDs Ive had in forever.

The pilot is great but I wont eat at the McDonalds ever again. Saw the person who prepares the food spill ketchup on the counter use my bun to wipe it up. Didnt say anything till she served it to me. Called the manager and her response was Ill train her not to do that.I took it out and threw it in the garbage.My response as an old Chrysler line boss would have been to walk her to the door and put her out. Anyone who doesnt know that sure isnt smart or trustworthy to work for me.Probably doesnt wash her hands after going to the bathroom, Im sure if the bun thing is okay that would be ok too.

Every time I head west I get my coffee from this location. The employees here are terrific

I only give this stop a 3 because its not very RV friendly. Unless you have Diesel and use the truck station, youll have a hard time angling through the station. Especially if youre towing a car behind a motorhome. Great gas prices and promise though.

I was told I could not place order without a mask but due to a respiratory infection and COPD Ive been instructed by my Doctor to not wear a mask for the time being. 🖕🤬🖕

Coming into Michigan to deliver this pilot location is one of the very best to stay at outstanding staff very clean and organized

They give you option for premium wifi, but you can’t log in. I tried 10 times, it doesn’t let you to log in. Nice..... :(

They were friendly and very customer oriented. We found everything we needed and was back on our long trip efficently.

This location was nice, better than the ones in my home town and surrounding area. People are friendly and helpful, fuel islands were taken care of, and the store was decent overall. Nice work.

At 0200 in the morning it was clean and well stocked employees had smiles on their faces and asking can I help you must be something in the water ha ha

Most of the food was good but steak wrap was extremely tough

The employees I met were friendly, courteous and efficient. Store was clean and tidy when I was there. They carried a variety of the usual travel snackscand drinks. There is also a McDonalds restaurant on sight with their typical menu. Roomy area to pump gas, but some parking could be tight when the McDonalds is busy.

Pilot is pretty clean. Parking is really tight. Food is your typical fast food since a McDonalds is ajoined to it. Bathrooms could stand to of been made bigger.

Clean, friendly and competitive gas prices. Great selection inside!

The fax machine wasn’t working

I travel from Ann Arbor to Battle Creek several times a week & ALWAYS stop here to get gas & snacks. I grew up in Battle Creek, but have not lived there in over 17 years. However, this place was around when I was a kid. My dad was a truck driver & I have very vivid memories of driving to meet him for a meal & hugs while he was driving his Detroit to Chicago route, as its about the 1/2 way point.

Few Truck parking BUT their harts are BIG

Its fast, its clean, its friendly and its easy to get to from the hwy. Stop in with the kids for some good food.So Stop in and get your eat on or just take a brake from driving.

This is an okay pilot. Usually kept clean, not a lot of parking for big rigs. This location has a McDonalds and a TA directly across the street. Casino nearby ad well, but you cant park a truck there.

This Pilot is very clean! I am never afraid to go in and shop around, as a single, young female, at any time of the day. The employees are friendly. Fyi, they dont carry Greeting Cards! They are attached to a McDs. They have a huge do it yourself area... like hot dogs, fountain drinks, slushie and etc...

Definitely needs a remodel. 3 showers and small restrooms. Fuel islands werent stocked very well.

Fuel prices are some of the best around, and the selection of products in the store is wide enough to fill almost any need for the road.

What can I say, bean-to-cup coffee. Now they live up to their motto, best coffee on the interstate. Its small, limited parking for trucks, but for in and out its quick.

Besides the stop for gas, going inside, they have everything u might need. Drinks, fast food, snacks .travel with a pet, they have some animal food too.

Big pot holes in parking lot and real big one at the exit of the driveway. Pay big money for pilot fuel. They neen to fix parking lot and driveway.

There was toilet paper in the bathroom...but it was soaked in piss! Thank god the ass gasket dispenser was full. Totally glogged the toilet...not my problem
