Nice store, friendly and helpful staff. They have some good deals on furniture. Lots of brand name products at good prices. We had never shopped there before this visit, plan to return there soon.

My husband and I spent the day looking for new mattress and couches and after leaving “loves furniture” we were very impressed with big lots, their prices were decent and the staff was friendly, and willing to help. Margie was the first face we seen and she was always there when we needed her. Customer service and friendliness were 10/10.

Big Lots is a great place to shop, although it can be a challenge finding particular items. Its a bit disjointed in layout, but familiarity helps quite a bit. But its SO worth it. Great prices on many food, health & beauty and household items.

Not bad. The store is clean and kept up very well. Its kinda a pop shot to find some stuff. But very fun to look and see what they have. Lots of variety. Little bit of everything. Easy to bring my kids. But the parking lot is dangerous! Car zip by with little care. Hold them little hands tight😎

Ordered a recliner chair & it took 6 weeks to get it in & once it was in, they didnt even call me that it had come in, definitely wont buy furniture from them again.

They do not disinfect between customers, store could use a good cleaning .

Always very clean and organized store. A lot of great quality Treasures for cheaper prices. Bought some awesome cooling Serta sheets for a queen size bed for $20. A great store to shop for when looking for gifts. I buy my daughters fruit pouches here where theyre $0.80 a piece versus 1.80 at the grocery stores.

Good location, extensive selection, and prices you cant beat. Most things are priced quite well. Weve purchased one of those rollout foam mattresses and very happy with that, a twin raised metal frame bed that my daughter loves, and tons of other things. They are a great place to stop if you need a quick gift (birthday for a kid/xmas).

Friendly staff

Love big lots. Always find a deal on something there. Usually find what Im looking for. They are located on Beckley Rd. Next door to Hobby Lobby.

Staff had masks on to protect their customers. Sadly only 20% of customers were reciprocating and wearing theirs.

I dont know what happened but this used to be a great place to find deals. Some things are decently priced but many things are cheaper elsewhere. No longer carry clothing or the large selection they once had.

This is a big junk store I can never find what I need and the place is usually messy Definitely not my kind of store I rarely go there

Big Lots used to be a fun and interesting store. These days its just another Target or Kmart! Run of the mill stuff, and prices resemble that of other stores, not many bargains anymore. I even saw Starbucks coffee that was priced higher than Dollar General! Too bad as I rarely go there anymore.

I love this location. It is very clean and well-stocked. Often times I find goods from Europe, which is very interesting. Prices are very reasonable.Some of the furniture is pretty good quality. They have good mattresses and pillows. I have bought Serta pillows at this location and the one in Portage. I hope they continue to stock Serta.

For a store that gives almost 1/4 of there space to large furniture, I was surprised that they didnt offer delivery. Very disappointing when they have a sign advertising delivery in the store.
