After many years of loyalty Im done shopping here. Staff will literally watch you walk around store and never ask if they can help. I contacted Chris Corzine at corporate and she wanted me to provide details via email. Instead I asked her to call me so shed understand why I was complaining. I want them to improve and thrive. But, Instead of calling me, I have been ignored. So, instead of taking the time to talk with a customer and maintain the relationship, she seems willing to let me go. Oh well, at least we know that the store employees are following corporats lead. So, sad.

We have used these stores for years. Great place to vegetarian meat alternatives. Lots of vitamin supplements too.
