They used to be reliable. Now they have absolutely HORRIBLE service and will not answer the phone. They have already lied to us twice. An elderly family member has been waiting for several weeks now for a refill. Do not use them at all.

Was told our propane would be there Saturday 2/13 and as of today 2/16 still not delivered! Now down ton10% and a slow storm coming. Ordered on the 4th. Plenty of time ahead and STILL no propane and no call back. We have never had this poor of service in the past. Ready to ask for a refund and switch companies!

Extremely disappointed with service. They would not delivery because they said my driveway was too bad. It was 40 degrees outside and raining so all the snow was slush. We keep our driveway pretty clear at all times because the school bus uses our driveway to turn around in. We even offered to go out and salt our driveway to get a truck in today but they said no. The next few days are supposed to be so cold that salt wont work. I guess we are just going to freeze because they do not care about there customer.

Good service but not well staffed. You might wait awhile.
