I’ve been customer for 20 years. Great people who run this place. They recently went out of their way to let me close a rental, saving me $ hundreds. Highly recommended.

Storage unit flooded multiple times and they never notified me. BS insurance they force you to have didnt cover any of the damage and they refuse to deal with it. I lost almost everything I own thanks to this place. The gal in the office tried to help, but I kept asking for contact info for the owner and got nothing. I know the onsite gal talked to a Kim who offered me a free months rent. What was the point of a free months rent when you ruined my entire household of furniture. Run far and fast from this place because honestly I find it really shady they wont help me even after knowing the unit flooded and they hadnt notified me. I was trying to be cool and let them do the right thing but thats obviously not happening. I lost all of my possessions except my clothes thanks to this place, but maybe I can help you save your stuff. Dont store here! EVER!

Very good storage units. They have three sites so they have a lot of units. Payments are easy to make either online or you can call them and make payment over the phone or of course go in. Affordable and easy to use.

Very nice lady running this she was very helpful and been doing the same job for many years so very knowledgeable and helpful.Only disappointed that they did not take cash Other than that Not open on sundays Units was outside and very clean

Now they want to add a 100.00 lien fee, on top of a 20 dollar late fee.. If Im having difficulty paying my monthly storage fee, how am i supposed to pay an additional 100 dollars on top of that. The company sucks, but the young lady at the desk is amazing.

I have nothing but good things to say about Battle Creek Self Storage. They are well priced and offered a free month when signing up. Every time that I called the office, even on weekends, I was able to get ahold of someone to answer my questions. Very happy with there service.

Been with these folks a long time, but they are always there for you. You call..they answer..they are a good storage place to keep your belongings. Good rates too 👍🏻👍🏻.

Paid my bill over a week ago (it was late at that time) today 10-06-19 there is STILL a lock on my unit! would be great to be able to use the service I PAID for!

Randy is AMAZING!! So helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to help his customers. The last manager they had was a bit of a JERK, its a breath of fresh air to go in and talk to Randy for a bit (about our pets) He was very helpful at getting me a UHaul truck and also helped me pick out a unit! He even shoveled all the snow out in front of my unit and tossed down some salt so I didnt break my neck!! He said that if my lock or door was ever frozen He would come down and use his blow torch to melt the ice so I could get in. Do yourself a favor, if you need a storage unit or UHaul Truck, go see Randy at Battle Creek Self Storage. THANK YOU RANDY!! YOUR THE BEST!!!

Awesome place with an awesome manager! Randy is so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I didnt get out of work until 5 so I called to see if there was a way that i could still come to get set up with a unit and he was more than happy to stay after close and get me all set up. He even took me to my unit and showed me how to open and close the door and how to lock and unlock it. He told me if i ever had any issues with my unit, needed snow removed from in front of my unit, etc., he said dont hesitate to call. It made me feel very comfortable since it is a bit scary leaving your personal items in a storage unit but you can tell that Randy cares about the business and the customers and thats really helps. I definitely recommend Battle Creek Self Storage!!!! Thanks Randy!

This place is a rat hole. DANGER DANGER DANGER. UNITS FLOOD!!!!!! STAFF ARE ONLY IN OFFICE WHEN THEY WANT TO BE EVEN DURING BUSSINESS HOURS. THEY SAY THEY OPEN ON SATURDAY BUT THERE NEVER THERE. STAY XLEAR OF THE RAT HOLE CESSPOOL UNLESS YOU LIKE YOU THINGS WET FROM FLOODING

Do not rent space here, they never send a billing, their workers went thru my stuff and stole my husband tools.

Code hasnt worked since we got our unit.

I made a 200 payment they claim they never revived it I put it in the drop box. Now my belongings are on an action list because someone pocketed my hard earned money.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the fact that I could go in at any time day or night was not too happy about the fact that it felt unsafe due to not being plowed properly and having to shovel my way into my own storage unit

In 9 months they never fixed the gate for security (even though they said it was being repaired) and they increased my storage fee 2 times to almost 30% of the original fee, poor business practice and I would avoid their underhanded way of doing business
