I took my vehicle to Graff for an oil change a tire rotation and for them to apply a protective coating to my windshield. I was told it would be an hr. It took an hr and 40 minutes. I didnt have time to check because of the length of visit I had to hurry up and go. When I had a chance to check they did not do the tire rotation. Also when it rained it showed on the windshield. What they applied was smeared and made it difficult to see while driving. I would not recommend getting maintenance done at Graff in Bay City
