I bought a mattress protector. I’m not happy with the cost, however it is nice & quiet, soft material and fits great!

My wife and I went in and had a price point in mind and we were dealing with Mark. He had us try out one mattress and told us it wasn’t available till the beginning of July so we proceeded to look around. He the told us about a mattress that was supposed to be similar to the one we looked at originally so we tried it out. He said they had one in the outlet center that was cheaper than brand new and then come to find out a brand new one on their website was cheaper than what he had sold us. We were told the mattress came with a warranty and he said he would throw in two pillows, mattress cover, discounted adjustable base and delivery for it. I got home and started looking through everything and i am sure most people when they hear throwing something in that means it is a package deal. Then come to find out not only the price of the mattress for used was more than brand new $130 for mattress cover, $130 for optional 5year warranty, $150 for delivery, and no explanation of the financing after being approved. This next point I am about to talk about deserves 5 stars I went back in today and dealt with Holly B and some of the most amazing customer service ever she went back through everything got me the exact mattress for what I was looking for reviewed the financing side of everything. She was extremely helpful and I will be dealing with her from here on out. Did not up sell me on anything at all just asked me if there was anything else that I needed while I was in the store. Got me taken care of and knocked all of the stuff that I didn’t need or things I didn’t want to begin with. Again thank you to Holly for the outstanding customer service and support today.

We went in with a specific purchase objective in mind. Mark was extremely helpful in getting our purchase completed. He made no effort to upsell us to something we did not want - that was very much appreciated. He helped us load a mattress and box springs on top our vehicle and offered suggestions on how best to tie it down. He even warned us about the stiff wind that was blowing. We were happy with the purchase and would recommend Mattress Firm to others.

We went in a few days ago just to see what the store was like and what they had to offer. So clean and bright! Service was incredible! Lionel B. was so informative on every question we had about anything in the store. We were in need of a new mattress and just shopping around. Until we visited Mattress Firm! We are now sleeping so wonderfully on our new mattress with our new pillows!

As first time mattress buyers we were super nervous however stepping into Mattress Firm Clearance Center we were instantly greeted by Mark and he asked us about our budget and what we were looking for and explained to us the difference between hybrids, memory foam, pillow tops, etc. He had us check out a bunch of different mattresses to see the difference between them all and he helped us find the absolute perfect mattress and even got the price down to our lowest budget point. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. The sales guy Mark was so pushy, not a people person for sure. He did help us find the bed we wanted. But by the time he added all the extra stuff without even explaining it to us and quoted me a price that was ridiculous. So I went next door to ABC warehouse. Got the same bed and the extended warranty, plus a mattress pad and a kitchen buffet for over $1000 cheaper than what he was trying to charge me. Definitely don’t go here if your looking for honest peolple or the best price possible. Go to ABC warehouse, Andrew will take care of you!

Around last week stopped in on a Thursday. Wasn’t to sure if we were gonna get new bed anytime soon. But the staff was very helpful. Lionel and karen I believe we’re the managers of the store both very helpful and not pushy one bit like most furniture stores. Both gave you your space and helped when needed! Got the purple three the next day and only took 3 days from purchase to get delivered! Great service right here.

I came into mattress firm in bay city looking for a bed frame that I saw online. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mark and Danielle who were ready to help, and very friendly. Upon talking about frames I told them how I was looking for a new bed altogether. They both told me how prices compare, I sampled a few mattresses and decided on the one I liked best. They had a great deal going on, and I got a few extra things to go with it, and managed to stay close to the budget I had figured. Great store, and people.

Its only the 2nd night shes had it so shes still checking it out, but so far so good with no complaints. 😉😊 The gentleman was very pleasant to deal with and not pushy at all as most salesmen are. We informed him of our price range and what we were looking for and he helped our little girl find EXACTLY what SHE wanted from there. She got to try multiple mattresses out until she got to the one that SHE wanted. He even gave her A FREE memory foam pillow and a FREE mattress pad protector cover for her new mattress. Plus, ALL the items including the mattress came with a great warranty too! We couldnt be happier with our purchase here. This was our absolute 1st time EVER stepping foot inside this store and we are so glad we did! We WILL DEFINITELY be going back there next time we are in the market for a mattress.
