Absolutely love this place! Leah is a fantastic artist who always delivers amazing quality work and is a joy to be around. I have always and will always recommend this place to friends and family. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly, you will definitely walk out with a huge smile on your face. Even if you live a bit away its most definitely worth the trip.

Hands down the most amazing artists ever. Theyre tons of fun to be around and make you feel like youve been friends since childhood. Theyre very professional. The shop is immaculate. 10 out of 10 will ALWAYS recommend.

This shop was everything you can hope for in a tattoo parlor. The staff was nothing short of talented, welcoming and friendly. They immediately were full of smiles and friendly conversation to make you feel safe and welcome in their workspace. The artists are all extremely talented and are clearly passionate in their work.Drove over 9 hours to go to this shop and it was worth every minute.

Great experience with Nick. Not only did he honestly layout what I could and couldnt do, but he made me aware of all my options and made certain I was sure of my decision. He gracefully accommodated an impromptu tattoo when I decided to wait on our original spot and I got a clean, beautiful tattoo!! I love it and really appreciate his direct and informative manner. Will definitely recommend in future and Ill be going back for more soon.

My husband just had this done. The picture is on the left and his arm is on the right. Looks nothing like the picture and I’m pretty bummed out since it’s his arm and everyone can see it. Now when it heels he has to go eles where to hopefully get it like the picture.

Travis was very professional. He explained everything and made good suggestions as to jewelry choice. Talkative and fun. Autoclaved my jewelry choice while I waited. Didnt feel nervous. Not much pain. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. I recommend Travis for your piercing needs.

Professional, established shop. With quality artist. I’ve been going there for 19 years always been extremely satisfied and never had an issue. It’s a friendly creative environment and I always feel relaxed and comfortable there, which is important when getting hours of tattoo work done. I also believe they have the best tattoo artist around in Joshua Gerics. I urge anyone thinking of getting a tattoo or body piercing to go in talk to them and check the place out!

The Owner of this place yelled at me on the phone. Told me i was rude and inconsiderate of how much money he is losing and the inconvenience its caused him to move apts and close for 3 days, like its my concern his business is losing money. I was upset my apt was going to be moved out a month and a half for them to do a 3 day “covid-19 renovation” that just so happens to fall on my apt day. I already have been waiting a month and a half. My apt was 4 days away when they canceled. i booked my “$100 non-refundable no-cancelation” apt back in September. I lose $100 if i cancel on them. But no big deal they cancel on me and i miss out on my time. My apt being moved a few days would of been fine but who wouldnt be upset they have to wait ANOTHER, month and a half? After getting yelled at I was then abruptly transferred to a nice woman that apologized and said “he probably shouldnt of been at work today, a close friend of his died recently.” So i got the backlash of the tattoo shop owners personal life. Not how i believe business should be conducted. Zero stars for their BayCity shop.

I got my tattoo 6 years ago from Aaron and it still looks great ! Havent had to have any touch ups or anything. I came in with a random design of paw prints and wings and he recreated a new one to look good on the ankle area. I love it. Painter has also done 2 piercings and he did a very good job. I was underage at the time and my mom was impressed with the cleanliness and sterile procedures.

I had a tattoo that I needed fixed up (a tattoo that was done somewhere else) and the minute I walked in, I was treated great and my tattoo was fixed immediately the next day. Best work I’ve had/seen done around this area!! I can’t thank them enough for the great experience and this amazing tattoo.

Clean, friendly, and professional. While we were there, they actually did the right thing and made a 17 year old go home to get more documentation before they would do the tattoo. Kudos for not turning a blind eye. We will be back for any future tattoo/piercing needs.
