My husband went to Crossbay Motorsports to check out the motorcycles because he was eager to ride again. Chris helped him find the perfect bike, the 2022 Yamaha R7. The process was very quick. Stanley from the finance dept. was able to secure a loan quick. From start (online) to finish (in-person) my personal experience with Crossbay Motorsports was absolutely flawless. I found my new machine online and was contacted by Jerry shortly after. He provided me all of the out of state details I requested, conducted himself professionally at all times, answered all my questions, and set up me with financing that suited my budget without any hidden fees. What I was told I was going to pay is EXACTLY what I paid, no games. The whole purchase process was the smoothest I’ve ever participated in. In short, I felt like I was in motorcycle heaven! I have not taken a ride on a motorcycle in neatly 15 years when I last had a 77 Honda Goldwing, and I was so tempted to buy another bike while I was at Crossbay.

Went in after emails back and forth all day. Was willing to pay cash for a Yamaha r6. First off sales manager has an attitude and no customer service like he is the only person in the world that has these bikes. I would go anywhere but here I never felt so disrespected in my life didn’t even try to show me around everything out of his mouth was condisending. Wow is all I can say talking to me like I’m below him if I was owner of this store I would get rid of him fast. He will chase cash offers right out the door. I had 8000 dollars in cash on me and he didn’t even try to make a deal with me.

Updated Feb. 2018: I pulled the trigger and got myself an ATV. Overall I am happy. Sales staff was nice, not pushy and did not try to force me to fill out a credit app until AFTER we agreed on a price and I liked that very much.They have room to haggle, and throw a lot of info at you, make sure you have an idea of what you want to pay, I could see some ppl being over charged. But with that being said I felt I got a fair deal on the ATV I wanted.I got some better pricing on the plow, winch and box while putting that all into the same deal.With my great credit score, I got some really good financing.They wrote EVERYTHING down, including all final prices, including all my extras, before I signed. Made me feel safe in the deal. Gave me copies to take home. My atv was ready a few days later after my extras got there and were installed.1st Review Nov 2016: I didnt buy anything yet. But felt more comfortable here then at other dealers.

I went in to look at a new bike. The salesman didnt take me seriously, and did not let me take the bike out for a test ride. I have a motorcycle lisence and was looking to buy a bike. And I cant ride it before I buy it.... well sucks for them lost a sale. Would not recommend going here to buy a bike.

Hi, buying a boat during pandemic in the month of August was impossible, no inventory and unscrupulous dealer wanted to sell inventory they did not have . However cross bay of bay shore was the only honest one that took my number and said we will call you as soon as we get inventory . True to their word I received a the call and we completed the the buying process that very same day. Our experience buying a boat with Mac Flores from crossbay at bay shore for the first time far exceed our expectations, profesional, knowledgeable explaining the boat itself ( did not crash it on my first time ), accommodating (my tow hitch was not active when picking boat, dealer need it to activate the computer) keeping boat 1 more day until i resolved the issue.My family and I are grateful to have done business with Mac from Crossbay at bay shore.

I called in the morning and heard they had 1 jetski left and I told them to prep it and get it ready I’m coming to buy it. I thought maybe they would sell it before I got their because I was 3 1/2 hours away. THEY saved it for me and had it ready to go. They could have easily sold it in 3 1/2 hours. I had the pleasure of having Mac Flores take care of making sure the ski was prepared and ready to go and set aside for me. Also while having Joe Plahs as my salesman, great guy! Effective communication and helped me through the process. Ex-military to which was nice, very personable guy. I would recommend these guys if you need anything, they’ll take care of you. I mean it.

I stopped in with my friend to look at jet skis. We were both inexperienced and had no idea what we were looking for. We made an appt with David and couldn’t be any happier. I went into crossbay motorsports in BayShore on 7/25/20 to go look at a Honda goldwing. I walk in the door and the salesman right next to the door starts using his phone. Than 3 salesman sat by the front window talking. Never even ask if I needed help. So I go to the front desk and ask the man behind the desk that was also on his phone about the goldwing in the showroom. He tells me he don’t know anything about the bike he is a Kawasaki salesman and he normally works at the other store. Never directed me to another salesman and put his head back down to his phone. Will never return to that store. Most rude set of people in a dealership.

After a poor experience at another dealership I came here to research prices for my new motorcycle purchase. Not only did they have a large inventory, the salesman Geoffrey was incredibly helpful. No pressure was put on me. I was told to take my time, sit on the bikes and check them out. At other places the salesmen hovered over me, here I was given space. I was told the prices on bikes immediately and even told what they would lower the price to under the sticker price. I left feeling very comfortable to do business with them. Especially since I was actually researching to buy not only a new bike for myself but a second for my father. I had done my research before hand but played dumb at all the dealerships I visited. This place passed my test. The salesman did not give me any misinformation and if there was a spec or price on a bike he wasnt sure about he was honest about it and would look it up for me. The information he came back with was inline with what I already knew. I would recommend this dealer.
