The worst service department Ive ever experienced. My car had a drivetrain malfunction, died while driving on the road and needed to be towed there. They sat on the car for several days without even calling me to look at what the problem was, and cant get the service manager to take my calls to give me an update. Im about to send a tow truck there to take my car somewhere else
These guys were charging $4000 for a $1000 repair which is seriously ridiculous!!! Dealerships like these should run out of business pretty soon given their horrific customer service.

Parts department is helpful in most cases not that happy with the quality of service on vehicles otherwise prefer hunnington.
This is the worst experience that I ever have. The sales person who named Paul his attitude is unacceptable. He did not listen the needs of customer. He also hung up the phone call when I still talking.He also warn us and accused us as “unpleasant customer”. I do know why the store hire this man, but it is absolutely not ok. I wish the store can have a voice and solve this problem.I will keep send this message out until I get a fair justice.
