Low in stock of stuff sometimes but has all of the best products despite the small space.

I went there this morning and was in a super rush. I have a three week old and a two-year-old so going places especially during these hard times is very very hard. I called ahead I explained what I needed I walked into the store and was out within five minutes. The sales associate Megan was beyond helpful and super nice. Thank you so much!!!

It was a nice store! The employees and customers were pleasant. The prices were not bad. Id definitely go there again.

I went in the other day with my girlfriend and there was an employee with short hair, she was just standing in the middle of the aisle staring at the same box of hair dye for a good 10 minutes.The blonde girl asked for her for help with the line and she responded with I’m busy. While I we were waiting in line people were getting frustrated with the girl at the register but it wasn’t her fault. It’s a shame when one employee doesn’t want to help her coworkers to make sure customers have a good experience. I’ve been in her a couple times and it’s been great. The girl with short hair doesn’t seem to know how to work and I heard two girls behind me laughing at her because she stunk. She doesn’t know how to have personal hygiene. I said something to the girls but they are right she smelled really bad and she just doesn’t care about herself or her customers I’m sorry for saying this but it is true.

When I went to this store I was excited to see a decent selection of gelish nail polish colors among other things but when I walked in nobody said hi or welcomed me to the store, thats not really too big of a deal but I noticed that when other customers walked in they got a very warm welcome...those other customers just so happened to be white. The employees even told another customer about a sale they were having I was in the same direction so I turned around so I could listen to her better but she said not you when I did that. The employees had an overall snooty vibe, were talking about their personal affairs loudly, and when I was checking out the cashier answered a phone call on her personal phone. The only helpful thing the cashier did was tell me that a few of the items I picked up were excluded from the sale in between talking about personal issues with another associate. Im kind of happy about the selection of products but not so much about the customer service.

Sales associate Megan and Katie have disgusting attitudes. Sales associates looks as if they work at a Halloween store and not a beauty store. Non-knowledgeable on helping customers, do not represent good makeup, good hair, very un-put together and not professional or even casual looking. Extremely unhygienic looking, Very bummy. Bad attitudes, not very helpful, they act annoyed like they hate their job. Not good professional/welcoming customer service and not an environment I would like to shop in after coming here for years.

I wanted to share my experience at Sally today, went to buy hair color tint for my mother who is 72, I was very happy with costumer service and the lady in there explain to me the process and recommends what was best for my mother’s hair, she was patient and knowledgable .

I waited to come to Sally’s this morning because on the website it said it opens at 9amThe store front also says 9am.It’s 9:23am and I’m still waiting for someone to open the store up.I called and no answer.I dislike coming to this store so much because they are unfriendly and have no idea what they are selling to people. But of course it’s the closest to me.Sally’s should take more time on really selecting better people for the job.

I went to this sallys and arrived today at literally 5:42pm and they were closed, when the sign says they would be open until 6pm and i called before leaving to make sure i wouldnt be wasting my time and gas. very annoying learn how to run a store correctly.

Only had 1 of the colors I wanted. But such a big selection I found another color I liked better

Cashiers were quite unaproachable, seemed snooty, and a bit bothered if you asked a question... Not a friendly atmosphere at all. I thought the fist time, maybe its just me, then i went again, and it was the same vibe... 😒 no Thx

Went in the store was noone realise i was even there someone came from the back then finally asked if i needed help .the girls there were not helpful you can tell they do not know how to be professional VERY rude do not like the atmosphere there.

Employees on this particular night were quite unapproachable. Gave me that unwelcome feeling. Didnt have the same selection as other locations. Think Ill go a little further east to Patchogue location.
