My girl, Jess, and I went to this store cause she was looking for a bigger bed. That’s where we met Charlie. We explained what our situation was and showed us several beds that were better then the one she bought from a different store just a little bit over a year ago. Where it got fun was how she couldn’t decide between 3 mattresses. One of them was a floor that was 80% off. Going there I was not planning on buying one but I just couldn’t pass up on that sale and I ended up buying that mattress and she ended up deciding after I got that one. Charlie was not only patient but a lot of fun to be around as he educated us on the difference and the likes. We were there for a solid 2.5 hours all together. 11/10 great experience and I’d recommend anyone to go here for a new bed. Thank you again Charlie for helping us!!

(SORRY FOUND OUT IT WAS THE SILVER SPRING LOCATION THAT HAD AMAZING SERVICE, not this one) WOW! Normally, sales people just throw the most expensive items at you, but I worked with a salesman named Jim who made this process painless. He asked me what Im looking to improve about my quality of sleep, why I didnt like my old mattress, and even made a few calls to go above and beyond for my delivery. Ive been able to go for runs again and my back feels amazing from my mattress firm.

Staff was perfectly nice and helpful but the beds on the floor are not representative of the bed you will receive. The bed we tested in the store was extremely more soft than the bed we received. I understand that as beds are tested and slept in, they get softer and broken in but the difference between the two is unbelievable. They need to swap in inventory more frequently to be more accurate.

They were very accommodating and professional. Even offering advise that I found very helpful. Thank you Mike for you patience, and honesty.

The shopping experience was no pressure and Mike was really patient answering all of our questions and pricing out different options for us. We really appreciated all of his help! We shopped on Wednesday, returned on a Friday and placed the order, and had our mattress and adjustable bases delivered and set up by their guys on Monday. Love the new beds, got a great deal, and everyone we dealt with was great! Highly recommend!

Very Satisfied with my experience at Mattress Firm. I was looking for a comfortable and twin sized mattress. I called them a day before to find out if they have any in their stores. The agent at the store told me all of the mattresses they have in stock and I looked them each up. The Serta Perfect Mattress I purchased was the exact mattress I wanted to get and at the store the agent assisted me with care for the customer and was up front about any concerns. Plus had plenty of accessories in stock such as more rope so I can bring home the mattress and a box spring mattress that I ended up purchasing. The deals that they have at Mattress Firm are very negotiable and fair.

I went to The mattress firm store in Bayshore alongside sunrise highway yesterday afternoon. . As I enter the store the salesperson, Peter, a well dressed man enthusiastically welcomed me to the store. He inquired about what I might be looking for and immediately showed me different bed frames in assorted price points. He was professional, and new his products. Pleasure to work with and will in the future.

The customer service I received was second to none. At first I unknowingly visited a clearance center and the Rep(Ronald) was able to put me in the right direction both in regards of what kind of mattress I should be looking for and where to go test it out. Visited the show room in Bayshore yesterday looking for a mattress for my daughter for college. The sales person was very helpful we found the perfect mattress. Having it shipped to her at school in Delaware. My only concern about this visit was there didn’t seem to be any safety measures in the show room as far as COVID-19. We did all wear our masks, But you were able to test out the mattresses lay on them and there was no protective covering. Made me a little uneasy.

Wonderful customer service! Our last mattress shopping experience was a nightmare. It felt like we were at a used car dealership and bought a lemon. Thankfully this time it was a really great experience. Anthony was beyond helpful. He took the time to ask us questions to help find a mattress that would fit both of our needs. At first I wrote : Fabulous customer service ask for Anthony he knows his stuff. Love love love our new bed..Well that was a MISTAKE our bed came and we were so happy thinking he was giving us the best deal ever delivered fast . The bed itself after 4 months of being uncomfortable and hoping it would grow on us is still very uncomfortable. When you lay on it it feels like youre going to fall off the end of the bed unless you are laying in the middle and its a king-size bed. Im sorry I didnt look around and go to other places . I trusted that I was getting a good deal because he was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately I didnt and Im stuck with a 2300 dollar bed that is supposedly worth 4500 that I hate. Just wish it was less about the sale and more about the customer
