The customer service is HORRENDOUS there is no reason why managers should be on their phones for hours and the associates be completely clueless

I bought shoes just 2 weeks before and the leather already stared coming off.

Foot locker is always good

Yo I went into kids footlocker and it was a joke.....the employees were all sitting there talking and playing on the phone. I walked all the way to the back wall and had to walk all the way to the front to get someone to help me and then he didnt even help me he pointed......really 5 or more employees and 2 customers and this is what you get

Every time I go into foot locker, they bring me the right shoes and are very nice. They have very cool shoes. They usually have enough shoes in stock.

They dont even sell lockers.

Did not have my size...so they ordered for me online.

Unfortunately did not have the size I needed, but sales associate Destiny was still very helpful and called other stores to see if they had it.
