Everyone is really helpful and friendly. The pharmacist is do sweet, and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns specially about the covid shot. The store is clean and the register areas are protected.

This pharmacy and pharmacists/techs are the best. Responsive, efficient, and friendly. There are closer pharmacies but I wont ever switch from this one.

This is not my usual go to place for medicine or prescriptions. However the fact that it’s right next to king kullen and it makes my trip shorter and my life easier is the main reason I am giving this place a five star review. The prices seem to be right on par with everyone else, their staff is also friendly so no complaints there, the place is always clean and I’ve never had an issue there with regards to anything. I do recommend this place if it’s convenient for you.

Ive never had a problem with an employee of Rite Aid or anyone at the pharmacy. The employees at the pharmacy are very friendly, attentive, informative and helpful. Ive been coming to this Rite Aid since I was 17 and ive never had a problem. Reason for 4 stars is sometimes there is a lack of staff on the sales floor.

I believe this is by far the best pharmacy in the area. The pharmacist is polite and knowledgeable, prescriptions are always on time and there is rarely a line. Ive been using them for years after trying nearly every other pharmacy in the area.

I always have a great experience when going to the pharmacy. The staff are caring & always helpful. If they dont have enough of thw medication, they will give you enough to tide you over until they get the full amount in. I have been going there for about 20 years.

Horrible customer service. One particular employee named Mary is beyond rude. She is extremely hostile and unprofessional. They lie about why prescriptions cannnot being filled and they lie about what they can and cannot get in stock. Theyre a pharmacy!! Since when is a pharmacy unable to get (particular) medications anymore ?? Especially since weve always gotten them there in the past, for years. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and will treat you like garbage. I cant believe they all still have jobs with the way they treat people and blatantly lie, right to your face, as If you are ignorant and will believe them, just because they think, and act, as if they are all royalty, and we, the ones who pay theyre salaries, are peasants. This pharmacy is a complete disgrace! Stay away!! Mary is the worst of them all! I must emphasize her again because she is absolutely disrespectful, arrogant, and disgraceful in her treatment of others. Thats putting it kindly. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Horrible staff at this pharmacy they are way beyond rude have messed up prescriptions also which I should of reported with their crappy attitudes Chris is the only nice one there as for the others they need to get off their high horses. save yourself the time and aggravation go anywhere else but here !!!

Rude pharmacy staff. I guess they dont realize or care that lost of consumers will cause loss of job security. Huntington Rite Aid here I come. Id rather travel and be treated with respect.

I been going for many years the girl Mary is very friendly and helpful.so is Chris.they are wonderful people.I like when I see them working. Dont get me wrong others are fine too but there are my favorite since when it was the gardernier manor mall.All the departments are very helpful n nice also.

Went to pick up medication. Pharmacist very rude. Acted like she was doing us a favor. Told my wife and I that we should not give her a hard time when we were politely asking questions... i had over 20 broken bones so i was not in a great mood but was not, and have never been rude to any store employee. Treated us like criminals when there was quite obviously a simple miscommunication between one of my many Drs. Attrocious customer service skills. Will never go back.

Gave me expired medication for a 3 month supply, the time before that they billed my insurance for a 3 month supply but tried inly giving me 1 month. Wjen i brought it to their attention they gave me some excuse for it being human error. Sorry but ive worked in pharmacy for 8 years and this is unacceptable. I have to double check my meds every time because something always seems incorrect. Severely understaffed. Never more then 1 rph and 1 tech working. Wait is always over an hour. If my insurance didnt make me use them I wouldnt.. ugh
