They installed a boiler for my client a year and a half ago that is no longer working. When I called to get it serviced, the two women I spoke with were incredibly rude and refusing to help so I asked to speak to the owner. They first told me they would not eveb come fill it with oil and to use another company. We did. Then it still wasnt working and when i called back they said they couldnt service it bc we got oil from another company, which they told me to do bc they refused to! Then, the owner was cursing at me. He told me it wasnt his problem. I said we would be happy to pay the service fee and he said, word for word, I dont make money off of servicing boilers. And HUNG UP ON ME! Insane that this company is operating without standing by their services and being so incredibly rude to their customers. I couldnt be more embarassed I recommended them tk my client. What a horrible experience. Please save yourself the time and frustration.
Just had a new boiler installed, very happy with crew that came for installation. Very professional and courteous. The next day they phoned to let us know someone was coming back to recheck and ensure all looked good and installed properly. Their pricing was very competitive to other quotes we had. Also easy to contact and speak to someone in office and sales. Overall good experience. I would say the only thing was no one contacted us the day before installation to confirm appointment but crew showed up and was on time so it all worked out.
An old, leaking oil tank forced my hand to get a new one, and I decided to replace my oil burner simultaneously so I contacted Keith at Frank Bros and I am very glad I did. I had researched the replacements I thought would be good and Keith came with information on the ones I had reviewed (unbeknownst to him), but with models more appropriate for my very small house. He inspired a great deal of confidence in the process of purchasing these major items; there was no hard sell or pushy attitude at all. I felt secure in going forward, even though I believed that the day of installation would be a nightmare. However, the installation team ( Paul, Chuck and Steve) was fantastic. Better workers you will be hard pressed to find. The new products look great, the process from start to finish was well engineered (including cleanup!!) and I am a very happy Frank Bros customer.
Deliveries are prompt and the rates are good. I would absolutely recommend you keep your account representatives number should any issues or questions arise. The office staff led to a negative experience which was corrected quickly by the account rep.
I have been very happy with Frank Brothers since we moved into our house about 4 years ago. They know about the products they sell and the have been very helpful about solving some recent air conditioning problems. The customer service is friendly and helpful as well. Keith, the customer rep was also very good when we bought a new heating system a few years ago.
My schedule states that I was Im not supposed to get oil till the end of the month and they knew I was cancelling so conveniently they sent me oil much earlier then schedule to make an extra buck 😭
I have been a happy customer of Frank Bros Fuel for 3 yrs. I have always received competitive pricing and the service is better than any other company Ive used. They also service my A/C unit each season and do an awesome job. Would definitely recommend them!

Ive had no complaints about Frank Bros in the past 18 months but as a customer who is in contract with Frank Bros. and unfortunately experienced being without oil on the coldest day of the season so far I was appalled with how we were given the run around the morning that we noticed our tank was low. Every time we called the woman (not sure if she is receptionist or customer service) would tell us all we can tell you is the truck will be their in a few hours and this was what we were told at 8 am then at 10 then at 12:30pm. When I asked to get the number of her supervisor she said that they would be the owner Nick or Joe. Then I asked If I could possibly get number for Keith who we used to set up our contact with, she then said she couldnt give me that info and that I should refer to the business card he gave me. Thankfully I found the card (mind you rummaging thru paper work in a freezing home). I called Keith, he replied to my VM in a timely manner and sent us a tech to give us a few gallons in the meantime while we wait for out oil delivery. Dino, the tech was great also. I write this long winded review to basically say...the woman (faith I believe was her name) is the point of contact for your company guys and to feel like my complaint was not being heard and just given a scripted answer was not professional and I suggest she be given a class or two on how to speak to customers who are flustered and just trying to get some sort of ETA on a delivery. All I was asking was for initiative and a trace of empathy and concern. Other than the receptionist I was pleased with how Keith, Dino and I forget the other gentlemans name who called my husband. I would of given 5 stars if it werent for the woman I spoke to.
I dont know how many stars youre supposed to give a company that shows up at 2:30am to restore heat to your house. For me its 5 but only because I cant give more.
So my contract was over in mid November, I order oil on 12/14 Not knowing what the price of oil was. When I called to set up a delivery nobody at Franks told me my contract was expired and what the new price of oil would be. I did recieve only a service contract renewal but nothing in regards to what the new price of oil would be. Even if I did receive both letters which is what they told me I should have received, why if a customer didnt respond to the letter would a company not call the customer to ask why there was no response to any of the letters. With that being said me calling to get an oil delivery after my contract expired I should have been told what the price was going to be before the delivery and what my options were before they scheduled the delivery. I also received a notice of a pass due bill with a 141 dollar finance charge and when I called them they told me that was part of the contract which had expired already and I was not under contract anymore. I dont recommend Franks specifically because it doesnt seem like they care about keeping customers or doing the correct thing by them
Great company that is honest and have mechanics that care about their work and are always friendly.
I used them for 7 years and would periodically have problems with my fernace. I learned fairly recently that the reason for that is that is due to them switching out my order of kerosene (my old fernace could only burn that) for #2, without ever notifying me that they were doing this! I discovered this when my fernace element cracked after the line gunking up again and I looked into my paperwork more closely.When I called them to complain I was told they had done me a favor because the other oil was cheaper. They saw no issue with what they had done and I will never trust this company again. If you use them be very careful with your deliveries because you might not be getting what you ordered.
Been a customer since 2011. Never had an issue with service or delivery. For having a contract the prices are fair and always will work with you no matter the issue. They are always for a repair and get to you in a reasonable amount of time. Will continue to keep renewing my contract for the foreseeable future
This company is nothing but a FRAUD. They do not uphold to their service contracts. Do not trust them for your oil needs!!!!
