Tried Baradzi to have the windows replaced on the top floor of my house. Making the appointment couldnt have been more pleasant - Rebecca is a doll and was able to fit me into the schedule right away. The guys who did the work - Steve and Louis - were very personable, highly efficient, and gave me a great price! Windows look great - have had no issues. I will be using Baradzi for the rest of my windows and eventually my showers! Highly recommend this company. Support local business.

From getting the quote wrong to not showing up for almost 8 weeks during the summer to asking to speak to my husband or father (I am female, and the homeowner) to screaming at me on the phone when I had the nerve to expect him to honor the deal his (female) office manager made with me, to then keeping my $450 deposit (which is basically stealing) this guy should a) only work for men born before 1970 or b) retire C) return the money he has no right to keep.As a single mother I cant afford to lose $450 and yet thats exactly what happened here. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience.Women, stay away!!Men- he will most likely listen to and respect you, so you should be fine. Although you should only patronize this guy if you too are a misogynist dinosaur.What a disgrace.
