Have no internet access, they couldnt help, said I needed a service call at a ridiculous price. Why am I paying such high prices and have no internet access!!!!!!!
Their customer service told me they accept equipment returns, but they DO NOT. At least the guy there was polite...

They only like new customers, but if you need any help They are the Rudest people ever i find in any retail store/Business.......That was the reason i left optimum in 2013 I joined Fios. At least they have Very Good Customers Service for Existing customers NOT ONLY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS. LIKE OPTIMUM

Louis is a Great help ! He knows his stuff and what he doesnt know he will find out for you. Hes not afraid to ask his co workers for the correct answer if he doesnt know it. His co workers are very helpful too !

Went to the store tried to get the service and even though my cousin has a passed due balance and he is long gone, they said I was responsible for that bill. Spoke to Eric the manager and gave me the lecture on paying passed due bills, after explain to me that it’s not his problem and I should pay it up.Later on I found out they work on commissions....ughhh loser .

Stay away. Service is terrible. If you have any issues customer service will lie to you to tap you into paying for your phone despite canceling service. Total scam.

This was my first time Ive been in the store to setup a appointment for internet and TV service! It was way better than being on the phone.
The worst company ever, they do nothing for you, i called many times to get a new promotion trying to low down the bill and they never did anything because Im an old customer, as soon as I called to disconnect everything, they come up with many deals, and I told them that its to late I already got someone else, they even said they would go lower than the deal I was getting, so I told them, that to keep me you would give everything i have for less than 87,99 per month and he said that its impossible to get 4 boxes HBO and many more channels with DVR in every room, so I said sorry we got nothing else to say.
Useless didn’t even answer the phone when I called. So I could have saved a trip.

I have changed my network service to Altice Mobile with the promotion of $20 month and I never received a $20 bill but not less than $35, every month they are charging me extra for the service I never used! If you contact them they will never agree with you and make different excuses. They are just looking how to charge you some extra.

DISAPPOINTED: Scheduled an installation was told technician would arrive between 2pm -5pm. Optimum called several times (more than several) both of our phones to confirm this appointment. We were home waiting all afternoon. NO TECHNICIAN ARRIVED. Seriously, NOT A GOOD START TO THE NEW ALTICE PRODUCT. We called and I had to beg to speak to an OPTIMUM SUPERVISOR TO THEIR DISGRUNTLED SOUNDS AND AFTER WAITING ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES, BEGGED AGAIN FOR A SUPERVISOR ONLY TO BE TOLD HE WOULD HAVE THE TECHNICIAN CALL US! VERY DISAPPOINTED, BAD START TO ALTICE. DISAPPOINTED AND LET DOWN BY OPTIMUM. ITS B.S. BUT THEY CHARGE US FOR SERVICES, WHAT ABOUT OUR TIME WAITING FOR THEM????? DISGUSTED OPTIMUM EX-CUSTOMER
Unless youre an optimum customer you cannot buy a phone here. Strange but for $30 a month I guess Ill do the extra leg work. Addition reviews to come on their service....The cell service was horrible, constantly dropping calls, unable to connect, missed calls because of poor service. I canceled 60 days after signing up and went with a big 3 company.

I went in twice asking for help for an inconvenient I had I called optimum they told me to go to a store and this was the closest one but the guy ROB. Has a bad attitude didn’t even let me tell him what was going on did not help at all and this situation happen twice if doesn’t like his job or does not have the patience this job is not for him thank!

I was there for the adopt a pet event, got there on time, waited on line an hour, had to listen to the optimum sales pitch, got up to the front of the line & was told all 20 dogs were adopted & we couldnt view them anymore.
Optimum seems to have suffered in the customer service area. We attempted to get the new Altice boxes but they cant or wont fix the signal issue that is in my area.
Manager too busy to come to the phone, no concern, no option to call me back, referred me to customer service who keeps you on hold and are rude and arrogant, What a Joke, terrible company
